Still learning about dropshipping and so far, so good with help from the Zendrop Customer Service. I am using different dropshipping portals and Zendrop is the best of far in comparison to the other portals. My only concern is that I hope Zendrop's product selection process could be better, but again I am having a pleasurable experience with this dropshipping portal.

I've been using Zendrop for about four months. Customer service did a good job helping me though the process of adding products to my store. Now adding products to my store is a piece of cake. The problem I have is simple every day products you would want e-bike accessories, camping gear, (which I did find but not under camping), pickle ball products are no where to be found. I was going to switch to a different dropshipper but the reviews of all of them are so nightmarish , it just as well to stay. With the Chinese New Year upon us and shipping stopped out of the warehouse until February 12th, that is a store killer in the making. Perhaps Zendrop needs a way to fulfill more in the US to make situations like this less likely to happen.

I'm new to the whole dropshipping scene. Zendrop has done a great job getting me up and running. One critique... Be clear to explain the different warehouses that the product is in. This is important because if you put your products on TikTok, they absolutely do not like products being shipped outside the U.S. So I would make sure to only add products from the Zendrop US warehouse. There customer service is great and they have helped a lot. Thanks Zendrop! 12/29/24 Update: Khubaib helped me today and he was very thorough in explaining some things to me. Being fairly new, some situations I didn't know how to deal with and he helped greatly with that. Thanks Khubaib!

I havent really started yet since i am now waiting for my first sample order to come through but all the customer supports have answered me very quickly and was very precise regarding the answer provided. They have been very comprehensive so far. So far so good !

I think zendrop is worth giving a shot, the seem to be really organized, the customer service is very responsive - I will try there services and see how it goes

they take to much time to process orders, like 3-4 days, but they are really good with the rest of the things

Great and very easy, to find products, and easy to load to shopify store site. I loved it. My only challenge is shipping from ducts from US. some products are not shippable internationally. So check Zendrop fulfilment products on. I love their support service advisors. Very patient and helpful. They will help you resolve any challenges, by taking you through.

Support is very responsive, but when it comes to sourcing your product, if you have a very specific product you want, it may take a few repeated attempts with the same product link to get it. Or not at all. If you only have a couple products, this service is still very good though.

Love this app - so easy to use. My issues are that they don't have a research ad feature and that they don't source larger items likes desks & chairs.

I think zendrop is extremely good, simple layout, easy to navigate, great shipping times for dropshipping and amazing fast-responsive customer support. The only negative thing is that some products are way too expensive, which doesn’t allow for good profit margins and therefore makes it almost impossible to be profitable with paid ads.

The app has some good stuff, but I think it needs a lot more. Shipping times need to improve as well. I think it would help if they pre-ordered more items to store in the United States. Customer service is pretty good though.

i have just started using Zendrop. I faced some difficulty in making my products live on my store, but when i reached out to their customer support, the lady was extremely patient and helpful and together we solved the problem completely

I've JUST added product to my store. I was having trouble finding a sizing chart and the AI bot put me through to a Human helper and we quickly solved the problem. The 4 star is for the Customer Service only.
