I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Shiza, a customer service agent at ZenDrop, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. Shiza possesses outstanding listening skills, demonstrating a genuine attentiveness to every issue I raised regarding ZenDrop. What impressed me most was her ability not only to formulate an effective plan to address my concerns but also to provide additional, valuable advice that I hadn't even considered. Shiza's professionalism and intelligence were evident throughout our conversation. She also shared some insights into her background, which further solidified my confidence in both her and ZenDrop as a company. As a business owner managing two companies, I deeply value productive and efficient interactions. This call with Shiza was undoubtedly one of the most productive I've had so far in 2026. My overall experience with ZenDrop has consistently been positive, and I consider them to be one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of working with. I read many reviews on Trustpilot, some were bad and some were good. So I didn’t know if I really should choose Zendrop. But after subscribing to the Plus Plan using it very intensely I can say that Zendrop is really great. They offer a lot of products for good prices and ship them in under 10 Days, I tried it myself and ordered Sample Products. The support is excellent, really fast answers and competent people. What I also really like is the ability to create your own Thank you cards as well as the Print on demand feature where you can create your own designs very easily. All in all a really great solution for Dropshippers.

I initially used Zendrop to start my ecommerce journey, and once things started going well, they gave me access to a private agent and better product pricing. They're quick to respond to any issues and their customer service is outstanding. My respect to Zendrop.

Initially was skeptical if Zendrop was able to handle big merchants, we ended up switching to Zendrop because we needed a partner we could trust after multiple bad experiences with other private agents. Excellent customer service! Even though I had a billing concern during setup, their team handled it quickly and professionally and provided a solution I was satisfied with. Very beginner-friendly app with great support. I’m still in the setup phase, but the Zendrop team was responsive and helpful when I needed assistance. Highly Recommended.

So far, they have answered every question, supported all the time promptly and have been very helpful with all possible topics. It's not been long since we started using Zendrop, but so far they seem quite promising and we are feeling quite confident in using it further. The team support is excellent, they answer immediately, clearly, if something is missing they will answer you again until every detail has been considered. They answer you with respect, with a happy mood and you do not find this implicaton everywhere, Zendrop makes the difference. My experience has been amazing and I really do recommend using the app, do not hesitate at all!!!
