I have been very satisfied with Zendrop. Products, training, and customer service are outstanding. Recently, I asked whether a product includes an additional item as they claim. I got confirmation that the product really includes it, so there was no need to add a similar extra product to a bundle.

I had a great experience with Zendrop. The platform is easy to use, and the order fulfillment process is smooth and reliable. A special shoutout to Nyka—she was extremely helpful with my billing issues. She responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. As someone who’s just getting started with dropshipping, Zendrop has been very easy to navigate. Adding products to my store was simple and straightforward, and the platform feels beginner-friendly without being overwhelming.I haven’t placed a large number of orders yet, but the setup process, product importing, and overall layout have made launching my store much smoother than I expected. It’s been a solid experience so far and gives me confidence as I continue growing. Excited to keep building with Zendrop!

Zendrop customer service has really been phenomenal! Every time I have had to contact them I’ve always received a quick response and they exceeded my expectations by answering all my questions and show so much concern about my issues I was having in my Shopify store, and even made me feel even more special with a follow up phone call from Darlene, checking to see if the issues I was having was resolved, or if they needed to continue to help me with it after I did not respond to them via email. You all are so reliable and so helpful and I appreciate you so very much for your help and your quick . Regardless of the difference between our time zones, I still appreciated the level of promptness and acknowledgement with back-and-forth correspondences to ensure the fulfilment team can proceed to resolve and complete in prep for shipment. My initial queries were quite technical with regards to how Zendrop works and I was surprised to the promptness in the responses containing detailed steps to follow. The information helped me understand the back admin better with the linked products.

As a new user of Zendrop I had an issue that needed to be resolved. After sending screenshots and other information, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Darlene. Surprised because I live in Australia. Darlene resolved the issue in a professional and friendly manner. She also assisted me with further information to assist me. We installed zendrop to have a look at the products and fulfilmment options. The app did not offer too many products in our niche, so we uninstalled again. To close the account we had to contact support, the replies were super fast and the follow up was amazing. Very good support. Shiza Latif was extra proactive in following up our topics. Thank you.

My experience with (Jo) has been more than satisfactory. I had a problem recovering my Zendrop account, and they recovered it perfectly for me. Now I can operate with their free plan and work with the Auto Fulfilment plan in the future
