Amazing App and Tool for your Online Shop. I already tried another one before and it's just outstanding compared to others. Also the Client Support is amazing and very friendly and fast. Can't imagine without Zendrop.

I used zendrop for my dropshipping store. I had many confusions about shipping and other fullfilment i make research but not find any solution but zrndeop customer support team gives me right solution and i am very satisfied and thankful to zendrop and specially Janelle

Awesome. Ian even looked into the status of my order without me asking. I should have asked, but I didn't. Ian got to the bottom of the problem and solved it in one go. He even provided a simple way to deal with similar problems in the future. He basically provided a process that any business owner should use, which I will put into my SOP from now on. Thank you so much, Ian, for being Awesome.

great app shame about only being able to do 25 orders on the free plan but easy to use and support is really helpful compared to other channel support agents they are a dream any issues they jump right on it Jemima and mariane have been really helpful to me lately props to them both

Juan was very helpful. I needed to contact customer service and he quickly got my issues all sorted out. Saved me hours of frustration. I am loving the selection so far. Love that there are products that ship from the US so shipping is better for my clients.

Zendrop has been fantastic fulfillment service for my ecom store. Their platform is easy to use, and their product range is large. What really stands out is their customer support. Pretty much every time I have had a conversation with support, they have always been extremely helpful and just put out great vibes. Highly recommend Zendrop to anyone needing reliable fulfillment and great customer service.
