I started selling a product through Zendrop and invested heavily in advertising, only to find out later that it went out of stock without any notice. Zendrop's only 'solution' was to suggest a replacement item that didn’t even remotely match what I was originally selling. After all the time, effort, and money I had poured into promoting this product, Zendrop left me with no other option than to refund the customers – completely disregarding my advertising expenses and the financial loss on my end. This level of service is unacceptable. Zendrop should be supporting new sellers, not trapping them in situations where they end up bearing all the risk and cost alone. Absolutely disappointing!

TERRIBLE!!!! If you want to have very late shipments and angry customers, and also to be wrongfully and double charged for stuff, then this is the app for you. It all seems easy and nice on the surface, with the well designed interface, and somewhat easy to link products to your store (when it works), but then it turns into a real mess very fast. More than half my orders took well over the 4 day window they promise (which is already very long). When this happens you will not be notified at all, there is no communication or updates. The customer service is always available but they give you generic cut and paste replies that will not actually solve the issues. I do not understand how this company has a 4.8 rating? beware!

Zendrop is actually very difficult.to use...after several attempts I was unable to integrate my shopify store with Zendrop and ultimately lost my domain that I Purchased. I would honestly Recommend using PRINTIFY for your POD needs. They have brand named products like Gildan and Nextlevel Hanes etc. And shipping is fast in the USA.. I ordered last week and am expecting clothing by tommorrow morning...not weeks in transit....So far I'm very Happy with (Printify). **I Would not recommend zendrop**

FRAUD!! This application is completely fraudulent. I inquired about my eligibility for a specific onboarding offer, and while Juan was verifying it, he blocked my in-app messenger. I created a second account, provided my actual account details, and questioned why they did that, only to have both accounts deactivated. This is a total scam; I've lost hundreds of dollars because of it. Their primary goal seems to be to defraud users and profit themselves.

Om man vill bli lurad på pengar så är denna app ett perfekt sätt. Man signar upp för ett gratis-abonnemang och sen hittar de sätt att ta dina pengar ändå. Att Shopify ens tillåter detta är för mig oförståeligt. Jag kan inte vara den enda som klagat på zendrops luddiga prenumerationsplaner

Unfortunately I had to edit my review, before 5 stars now only 1, why? Because the customer service was much better before, now to talk with a human is so difficult the bot keep showing you "faqs". Issues with shipment, different products being sent and products from amazon, so in my humble opinion they are loosing the focus. Unfortunately I have to find another supplier or perhaps a private agent. Sorry Zendrop

I started using Zendrop in May 2024 when I set up my Shopify store, opting for the $79/month plan based on Shopify’s recommendation. As a newcomer to dropshipping, it took a few months to get my store running smoothly, but once I started making sales, I quickly encountered issues with Zendrop. Unfortunately, Zendrop frequently dropped the ball on orders. They would process an order, only to notify me days later that the product was out of stock. On one occasion, they informed me—after several days—that an item couldn’t be shipped to a U.S. address. I also encountered products with incorrect descriptions or images, and even fake products that violated patent laws. The lack of proper size charts and unclear color variant labeling, such as "4456" or "style 1," added to the confusion. One of the most frustrating experiences was when Zendrop charged me more than the listed price for a product. After confirming the original price on their site, I contacted customer service, only to be put on hold for 30 minutes. I was eventually told the price had changed, and they refused to honor the price that was currently listed. These issues, while seemingly small, compounded over time and negatively impacted my business and my customers' experiences. I’m disappointed with Zendrop and their lack of reliability so for my business I will be looking for a different drop shipping vender.

Customer service is non existent. They'll charge you $79 even after you cancel the free trail and then they refuse to refund. Plus they add $100 to the account that's meant to be used towards orders, but when you don't have any orders they still won't return the $100 and it'll just sit in the account forever. Would not use again in the future.

I subscribed to Zendrop's yearly service in January, paying $197, but I've never been able to use it. In June, I hired someone to start using Zendrop for dropshipping, but for months, the app was unable to facilitate dropshipping from Alibaba due to technical difficulties. Despite being patient and waiting for a resolution, Zendrop's issues persisted, making it impossible for me to use the service I paid for. After months of being unable to utilize the platform, I requested a refund, which Zendrop refused to provide. I cannot justify paying $197 for a service that I was never able to use due to their technical problems. I'm now preparing to take legal action, as I believe it's unacceptable to pay for something and receive nothing in return

I cancelled on March the 19 of 2024. I was charged for June and July. I was told there was nothing they could do. I disputed it with my credit card company and they lied and said I didn't cancel until August. I went back into my shopify account to get the proof and it has "magically' disappeared. Be careful!

The attention I received from Zendrop is unfortunate, I have been waiting for an order for 16 days and their only response is patience, it will arrive, they are not responsible for anything because it is not their fault, the fault lies with the Chinese supplier, but If I pay Zendrop for the premium plan, what does China matter to me? I spoke with several employees, supervisors and they all gave me the same answer, the attention received was shameful, they made me waste time and money

RIP OFF. We upgraded to a plus account only because it was required to access print on demand services. However once we signed up, when we went to look at the print of demand products all it said was catalog "coming soon". and there was absolutely ZERO print on demand products. This is deceptive because their website and marketing says you get print on demand with a plus membership at $79 per month. there is no free trial either, they charge you right away. so we paid $79 just to find out the one thing we wanted to look into with them was not available. I am wondering why there are so many good reviews on here. Our experience within minutes of signing up is not good at all.
