Support is very responsive, but when it comes to sourcing your product, if you have a very specific product you want, it may take a few repeated attempts with the same product link to get it. Or not at all. If you only have a couple products, this service is still very good though.

Love this app - so easy to use. My issues are that they don't have a research ad feature and that they don't source larger items likes desks & chairs.

I think zendrop is extremely good, simple layout, easy to navigate, great shipping times for dropshipping and amazing fast-responsive customer support. The only negative thing is that some products are way too expensive, which doesn’t allow for good profit margins and therefore makes it almost impossible to be profitable with paid ads.

The app has some good stuff, but I think it needs a lot more. Shipping times need to improve as well. I think it would help if they pre-ordered more items to store in the United States. Customer service is pretty good though.

i have just started using Zendrop. I faced some difficulty in making my products live on my store, but when i reached out to their customer support, the lady was extremely patient and helpful and together we solved the problem completely

I've JUST added product to my store. I was having trouble finding a sizing chart and the AI bot put me through to a Human helper and we quickly solved the problem. The 4 star is for the Customer Service only.

Customer service is good, Shipping is quicker, they have access to Ail express which I liked. But still hard to transfer.

Great products, big portfolio. Occasionally issues with out-of-stocks or linking to updated product variants. But it is well worth investing resources working with Zendrop

The assistant was helpful with the minor problems i had. The app is really easy to use. Only bad thing is prices for U.S products. I don’t know if it’s fast shipping or this inflation but man are US products high.

Cependant, n'ayant pas encore lancé ma boutique en ligne, je me réserve la dernière étoile jusqu'à ce que je puisse pleinement évaluer l'impact de Zendrop sur l'expérience de mes clients. Although I haven't yet started using Zendrop to its full potential, so far I'm very satisfied. So many videos to walk you through how to things, and the support I received from Darlene was great, friendly, and speedy!
