Zendrop: AI Dropshipping & POD

Love this app - so easy to use. My issues are that they don't have a research ad feature and that they don't source larger items likes desks & chairs.

Been using this app for a while, faster service. Products arrive nicely, no complaints

The app has some good stuff, but I think it needs a lot more. Shipping times need to improve as well. I think it would help if they pre-ordered more items to store in the United States. Customer service is pretty good though.

i have just started using Zendrop. I faced some difficulty in making my products live on my store, but when i reached out to their customer support, the lady was extremely patient and helpful and together we solved the problem completely

The staff is very patient and explains each step thoroughly.

I've JUST added product to my store. I was having trouble finding a sizing chart and the AI bot put me through to a Human helper and we quickly solved the problem. The 4 star is for the Customer Service only.

Very active live chat. They help you with everything and react within a minute. They stay till the problem is solved!

Customer service is good, Shipping is quicker, they have access to Ail express which I liked. But still hard to transfer.

I like very much the quick availability of support to solve my issues and answer any questions I may have.

Over all user friendly, lots of good options too. Only sad part is when products randomly are removed from the site, but not auto removed from your store or listed as out of stock. They do send you an email which is helpful. Fast friendly customer service too

Great products, big portfolio. Occasionally issues with out-of-stocks or linking to updated product variants. But it is well worth investing resources working with Zendrop

Good customer service and easy to use. Well organised and once an order comes in everything is done by Zendrop to get it to the customer. I would recommend however it is on the pricier side and in order to get custom packaging you need to already be selling a lot so may not be as friendly for brand new businesses.
