Support is very responsive, but when it comes to sourcing your product, if you have a very specific product you want, it may take a few repeated attempts with the same product link to get it. Or not at all. If you only have a couple products, this service is still very good though.

Love this app - so easy to use. My issues are that they don't have a research ad feature and that they don't source larger items likes desks & chairs.

I think zendrop is extremely good, simple layout, easy to navigate, great shipping times for dropshipping and amazing fast-responsive customer support. The only negative thing is that some products are way too expensive, which doesn’t allow for good profit margins and therefore makes it almost impossible to be profitable with paid ads.

I juest started with Zendrop, and they really dont lie. They have EVERY PRODUCT. And i love it. I did struggle with a little glitch that made me unable to link a few roduct variants, but with the help of their team, everything got fixed. The team is extremely fast at answering too, and at any given time of the day. I told them my prolem, and sent them the link of the product that dificuties, and boom. Each fixed in under two minutes. You can even see the change happen before your eyes. I really do recomend this and honnestly it would be a five start if it wasnt for the little bug.

Theres still a lot of issues that need to be fixed with their compatibility with tik tok, everyday seemed to be a new issue with tracking or shipping, have only had one tracking issue with shopify though. Just only use US based shipping if you plan to sell through tik tok

This is a very good app for anyone who wish to start in the ecommerce business. They offer tons of support and many tutorials, courses to guide you through your journey. This is worth paying for just for the knowledge.

Also was ich sagen kann ist, es ist easy und man findet wirklich alle möglichen Produkte. Man kann sich von einer kI helfen lassen, finde ich mega, hat mir so gut geholfen. Man kann Musterbestellungen im Portal selbst tätigen. Der Support ist grandios, natürlich schreibt man zuerst mit einem Bot, wenn man dann aber nach einem Mitarbeiter fragt, meldet sich ziemlich schnell eine/r in einem live-chat. Wenn ich meckern dürfte, auf hohem Niveau, dann würde ich sagen meiner Meinung nach dürften die Beschreibungen der Produkte etwas ausführlicher sein, aber für mich könnten die eben nie ausführlich genug sein. Wenn man eben Fragen zu dem Produkt hat, hat man die Möglichkeit per Chat alles mögliche zu fragen! Ich stehe noch am Anfang und muss sagen, nützlich und easy! gefällt mir :)

The app has some good stuff, but I think it needs a lot more. Shipping times need to improve as well. I think it would help if they pre-ordered more items to store in the United States. Customer service is pretty good though.

Revised from 2 stars to 4 after a great customer service experience. They reached out and, though my problem was not really resolved (yet) they acknowledged my complaint and at least made me feel like someone was listening!

I have been using this app for about 4 months now and I am happy with the products available. The biggest complaint from my customers is that the items arrive in very damaged packaging and in some cases items are missing in the packages. Zendrop staff is amazing in working with you to address concerns and has helped me through complaints. However, I do wish there was more QC on packages and items that are being sent to the customers. All in all a good experience but would love to see more effort in QC and packaging.

i have just started using Zendrop. I faced some difficulty in making my products live on my store, but when i reached out to their customer support, the lady was extremely patient and helpful and together we solved the problem completely
