The assistant was helpful with the minor problems i had. The app is really easy to use. Only bad thing is prices for U.S products. I don’t know if it’s fast shipping or this inflation but man are US products high.

Although I haven't yet started using Zendrop to its full potential, so far I'm very satisfied. So many videos to walk you through how to things, and the support I received from Darlene was great, friendly, and speedy!

Very easy wesbite to navigate. Lots of selection of things to choose from. Shipping in less than 2 weeks. Very helpful customer service. Negatives are that they dont have a phone number to call to reach a live person, just chat. And I think they should develop an app. The orders page could be a little more detailed too. Thanks
