Zendrop doesn't provide downloadable customer reviews to include on my online store. Also on Ali express we can download video of product to use on social meda.

I enjoyed on how easy they make everything and on how they can help you find winning products, and the shipping is super good! I like the way on how they make it so simple. especially for fulfilling orders, I thought it would have been confusing but its super simple. I prefer others to use this! especially if your a beginner, like me. Thank you!

So far this has been the easiest product-finding platform I have used. Products are easy to find. It's logically organized. Adding them to my shopify site was super simple. Haven't tried to order yet, thats the next step. So far, I am very impressed

Zendrop is a no brainer pretty much set and forget does all the fulfilment side of things for my shopify shop wish i had of started earlier. Looking forward to doing more training and scaling up, Darren from lazymuppet.com

My preferred platform for all my dropshipping needs. Great customer service, simple and clean UI design, and decent selection of products on the higher plans. The product search page needs a ton of improvement however. Its a pain to scroll through several pages because the product tiles are so large, that it only displays about 4-6 products at a time; and this is on desktop! Don't try to reinvent the wheel here, Zendrop. Also, the catalogue is practically begging for more filtering and sorting options. In its current state, its difficult to find quality products from a general search. You have to know exactly what you're looking for and which keywords to use, or you can expect to be sitting here for hours sifting through trash trying to find a gem in the rough. Unacceptable.
