I was having so much trouble connecting my 2 shopify stores to my Zendrop Plus plan. I tried for 4 days, trying to follow the instruction on Shopify Connecting/Disconnecting Accounts in Shopify without success. I am delighted to say an angel named Nyka, answered my chat in Zendrop and assisted me with successfully connecting both stores to my Zendrop Plus account and I am so grateful and feel this is the start to a beautiful business relationship with Zendrop assisting me to scale up my stores profits. I’ve just recently started using Zendrop. So far their customer service is outstanding. I am going to go through my store and map some more of my products to their platform if they continue to be less than their competitors. I was trying to find products at reduced prices and within minutes they found everything I needed. They saved me a lot of money.

Very helpful and fast response

I just spent almost 3 hours on a live chat with two different ladies, Kelly an Jo. Why two you might ask? It is because of the time of day and a shift change. I had a major boo boo that I had done to myself and they both took their time in walking me through everything step by step. Big deal you might say. When you are new to drop shipping an e-commerce, and working with just one hand it can be VERY time consuming. In short they were Very helpful and patient with me, and I owe them a BIG DEAL of Gratitude.
