Contacted Zendrop rep concerning the $1 prebuild store, because I received an email allegedly from Shopify saying that my theme I got from Zendrop's $1 offer is unlicensed. This information turned out to be a fraudulent email. Zendrop's themes have no issues on Shopify.

I had an issue with my account but Theresa from customer service was amazing. I somehow initiated both a yearly and monthly subscription but she was able to correct my account in very short order. The chat bot and live chat is very easy and efficient. No time wasted which I really appreciated.

Shipping has not been the best so far. Customer service is decent, only downside is it is only through chat. The product selections are amazing though!
