Zendrop: AI Dropshipping & POD

Good customer service and easy to use. Well organised and once an order comes in everything is done by Zendrop to get it to the customer. I would recommend however it is on the pricier side and in order to get custom packaging you need to already be selling a lot so may not be as friendly for brand new businesses.

Shipping Duration is about 16 days and as Alex Fendotoff shipping takes a little long between 20-30 days so I will b excited to learn more about other ways to provide customer faster quicker shipping and by that I mean between 3-10 days.

Ellah, the young lady that supported throughout was purposeful with her support and followed Purple Blue Wellbeing through to the outcome with an emoji smile. Appreciated. And not the first time using the app so recommended.

The assistant was helpful with the minor problems i had. The app is really easy to use. Only bad thing is prices for U.S products. I don’t know if it’s fast shipping or this inflation but man are US products high.

Although I haven't yet started using Zendrop to its full potential, so far I'm very satisfied. So many videos to walk you through how to things, and the support I received from Darlene was great, friendly, and speedy!

Very easy wesbite to navigate. Lots of selection of things to choose from. Shipping in less than 2 weeks. Very helpful customer service. Negatives are that they dont have a phone number to call to reach a live person, just chat. And I think they should develop an app. The orders page could be a little more detailed too. Thanks

Zendrop is a very good app reliable shipping. It does not have a huge product selection but thats ok. Overall i recommend it

The Cost is kinda high, I was looking at getting into the academy and haven been able to test out the trending reviews yet as I cant afford the higher paid version. I do like that it connects directly with the supplier. Still have to see how the shipping times work.

Not bad so far. Looking forward to diving deeper into the platform and see what I can achieve with it.

Im trying to find more info on the free plan like how many imports i can have but was unable to find the answer but i do like this app and will test the free version before I purchase
