Good experience with Zendrop support. I contacted them to ask for photo and video materials for one of my products, and they were helpful and responsive. They managed to find some useful materials for me. I appreciate their effort and support.

I’ve had a great experience with Zendrop. They offer a very good selection of products, which makes it easy to find items that fit different niches and store concepts. I have been very satisfied with Zendrop. Products, training, and customer service are outstanding. Recently, I asked whether a product includes an additional item as they claim. I got confirmation that the product really includes it, so there was no need to add a similar extra product to a bundle.

As someone who’s just getting started with dropshipping, Zendrop has been very easy to navigate. Adding products to my store was simple and straightforward, and the platform feels beginner-friendly without being overwhelming.I haven’t placed a large number of orders yet, but the setup process, product importing, and overall layout have made launching my store much smoother than I expected. Zendrop customer service has really been phenomenal! Every time I have had to contact them I’ve always received a quick response and they exceeded my expectations by answering all my questions and show so much concern about my issues I was having in my Shopify store, and even made me feel even more special with a follow up phone call from Darlene, checking to see if the issues I was having was resolved, or if they needed to continue to help me with it after I did not respond to them via email.
