Zendrop: AI Dropshipping & POD

Today, I had a question about an old order that never went out. I thought the order was cancelled, however, it was just hanging out in the wind. I contacted Zendrop and spoke with Harvey. He was able to assist me right away to get things fixed. We were able to get the order once again, moving toward going to the customer. I appreciate him taking the time to hear my complete story and then working accordingly. That's great teamwork!

ZenDrop is so user friendly. From the moment I launched my business it has been super easy to engage in checking the products and what's trending. Great UI, simple and straightforward to use. Lots of YouTube tutorials available to help when getting started. Customer support portal has seen some huge improvements lately and auto-fulfilment feature is great for saving time. My only complaint would be the cost of shipping, which can get up there sometimes depending on the product/destination, however it is almost always reliable and on time. Overall would highly recommend.
