Good selection of products. Site is user friendly. Shipping costs displayed so no guessing or researching. Item descriptions pre populated but completely customizable. Easy to export to your store.

There are good products on the site, some them do have complications that make that unusable such as issues with shipping locations and pricing etc.

Just started using it and experience has been smooth and easy. Decided to give it a try since it's recommended by top authentic players in the industry. So far so good. Will have to come back in a few months for a full review.

Not long had this app but so far so good! I did tons of research on the best app for dropshipping and Zendrop seems to have everything I need. From decent international shipping times to branded thank you cards!! I'm so excited to launch my store now, thanks Zendrop :)

PLEASE BE AWARE: This app steals all product information from your store, including full descriptions for their own personal use as soon as you quote a product - it shows up on the zendrop site for everyone's use - costumer service is pretend bot, not humans and the cherry on the top - THEY KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION and you can't delete it!!!
Hi there! We don't steal any product information -- the only thing we do is allow users to import public products from AliExpress using links (this pulls the description, images, etc). These listings are then made public on our platform which is standard and the same process applied to the hundreds of thousands of products currently in our catalog. We do have a bot that helps you resolve the most common issues but we 100% have real humans answering question from 9 AM (EST) to 5 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. You can have your credit card deleted by requesting that from our Customer Success team, but we have had a few complaints about it not being something you can do yourself which we are currently working on adding. That's simply a lack of functionality that we're correcting. I'm going to reach out to you via email here shortly to dig into these items in more detail. I hope to talk to you soon!

So far using this app has been a positive experience. The user interface is very easy to use and products easy to find, edit and add to the store and the prices are very competitive.

I'm a first-time user of Zendrop and was surprised by its user-friendly and easy use. The dashboard on the left allows me to select various tools to get started, from sourcing products and instructions on how to upload them to my Shopify store. I also like the Zendrop Academy that I use to teach me how to grow my e-com store by optimizing and scaling my business.

The product pictures & descriptions are of the best quality I have seen yet! This platform is super easy to use. I would love to see a "wishlist" or "heart" option on products while scrolling instead of just adding to the import list.

I like Zendrop products, but everytime I get an order Zendrop says I can't fulfill it. I don't understand this.

Pricing is a bit higher than other fulfillment options, but shipping is much faster (fewer customer complaints, better customer trust). Zendrop customer service is real people available to chat. Very happy with Zendrop.
