Zendrop is easy to use and has much better customer service than other drop shippers I've worked with. It's also much easier to manipulate the products.

The service has been unbelievably bad for the last 6–7 months. Just consistently awful. The customer support reps barely even try—they’re dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. It’s like they’re doing you a favor by even responding. And when they do, it's usually unhelpful or just plain wrong. The processing time? It’s a joke. Everything takes forever. Every single request gets dragged out way longer than it should, with no proper updates and zero urgency from their side. Honestly, dealing with this service has been one of the most frustrating experiences. If you’re looking for anything close to decent support or efficiency, look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, as a seasoned dropshipper I am very disappointed with their customer service team. Upgraded to the Plus and was hoping I can import reviews, but guess what Zendrop doesn't offer native review integrations. Which was fine until I contacted support team, looking for a workaround to where I can import reviews from aliexpress, so here i am seeking for a solution to be able to find said products on aliexpress once I have imported products from zendrop to my shopify store. THERE IS ABSOUTELY NO WAY TO FIND YOUR PRODUCTS FROM ZENDROP ON ALIEXPRESS WITHOUT SEARCHING FOR THE PRODUCTS YOUR SELF ON ALIEXPRESS, WASTE OF TIME FULL OF HASSLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.

Great Platform, Customer service is great when you have issues. Shipping times is good and hopefully becomes faster like amazon speed! then they would be unbeatable. Great products, big portfolio. Occasionally issues with out-of-stocks or linking to updated product variants. But it is well worth investing resources working with Zendrop
