This review is specifically for Zendrop’s customer support. As a new dropshipper, I was exploring different products, apps, and workflows, and during that process I ran into a payment-related issue while trying Zendrop. What stood out to me the most was how professionally and patiently the support team handled everything. The entire experience felt smooth, respectful, and genuinely supportive. Every concern was addressed with clarity, and the guidance I received made the whole situation much easier to understand and resolve. A special thanks to Tessa and Jobelle for their assistance — their polite communication, quick responses, and willingness to help truly made a difference. It’s rare to come across such well-managed and customer-focused support. Highly appreciate the effort and the positive experience.

Regardless of the difference between our time zones, I still appreciated the level of promptness and acknowledgement with back-and-forth correspondences to ensure the fulfilment team can proceed to resolve and complete in prep for shipment. My initial queries were quite technical with regards to how Zendrop works and I was surprised to the promptness in the responses containing detailed steps to follow. The information helped me understand the back admin better with the linked products.

As a new user of Zendrop I had an issue that needed to be resolved. After sending screenshots and other information, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Darlene. Surprised because I live in Australia. Darlene resolved the issue in a professional and friendly manner. She also assisted me with further information to assist me. I was very happy with the Zendrop support.

Zendrop has been a game changer for my store. The product sourcing is simple, shipping is much faster than most suppliers, and the platform is very easy to use. It definitely helped me run my business more professionally. Highly recommend for anyone doing dropshipping

We installed zendrop to have a look at the products and fulfilmment options. The app did not offer too many products in our niche, so we uninstalled again. To close the account we had to contact support, the replies were super fast and the follow up was amazing. Very good support. Shiza Latif was extra proactive in following up our topics. Thank you.

My experience with (Jo) has been more than satisfactory. I had a problem recovering my Zendrop account, and they recovered it perfectly for me. Now I can operate with their free plan and work with the Auto Fulfilment plan in the future

I LIke Zendrop. I have tried and still use a few other dropship suppliers but I have had the best experience with Zendrop. I think any criticisms levelled at them are universal to all the dropshippers (processing and shipping times, refund policies etc). Personally I find their customer service very helpful and responsive.Also, for us, linking products to our store is easier on Zendrop than any others we have used.

Zendrop has been a game changer for my Shopify business. Great app as it allows sourcing for products outside of their menu item as well, which is very helpful. Navigation in the app is also easy. Overall, it was a great experience, would definitely recommend it.

Zendrop customer service team is extremely knowledgeable, I have been working with Tessa, who have been very helpful, polite, and patient. I hope Zendrop knows how valuable she is. There have not been an issue, that she was unable to help me with. Zendrop is new user friendly but you still need to do you do diligence to understand the processes of Zendrop. Without a doubt, Zendrop is the best fulfillment service ever in the ecom space.
