The app is great.Easy to add and edit products.My one big challenge is the shipping cost and duration to Kenya.This delivery period will not work for my customers at all.Can you assist on this?Can you connect me to your fulfilment centre nearer kenya t 3 to 5 days for products to get here?

I was looking for a US based company and Zendrop popped up. I have not actually tried it yet but plan on adding a few items to see how it goes.

Aplicativo muito bom para usar, ainda tem que melhorar algumas funcionalidades. Na área tem que modificar algumas coisas quando exportar para a loja.

Great app, great products but the worst downside is if you live in canada the shipping times arent great.
Thanks for the review! The shipping time to Canada has actually been improving month over month and it's currently averaging at 13 days which is really good. We hope to see this continue to improve over time.

I really like it, but i wish we could import reviews. I was also thinking if we could have videos of the products.
Thanks for the great feedback! You can actually use an app in Shopify like AliReviews since most of the products in our catalog can be found on AliExpress. Also, videos is definitely something we're exploring so stay tuned.

So far it has been sufficient, but the fulfilment takes a bit long. Still waiting for an order to be fulfilled from Processing.
I'm happy to hear that Zendrop has been good so far! Our processing time is estimated at 2 to 3 days and that's actually a consistent average right now but sometimes it can take a bit longer depending on the product -- it may be a very popular product or a product that doesn't get much attention, both of which can cause a manufacturing delay. If processing hits 5 days or longer, feel free to hit up our Customer Success team by submitting a request via the Knowledge Hub.

I wish there was an option to import product without adding it to your store so I can make it how I want it to look.
Hi there! Thanks so much for the feedback. When you import products to your store from Zendrop, you can very quickly draft the product as soon as it's imported, then you can make it look perfect before you push it live again.
