Zendrop, despite limited amount of products in the US region, has great customer service and great software features! They never failed to support me right when I need them to. The course they offer is an extra cherry on top! Godspeed Zendrop team!

We are just starting out, but so far this has been the easiest site to work with in our whole journey. There’s no hoops, jumps, guesses and then declines. And our experience with those who have assisted us, like Cyril have been absolutely wonderful and gotten an answer to us immediately!!

This app is amazing for those looking for a free supplier when first starting out, however the paid plans are way to expensive and dont offer much value. My favorite thing tho is definitely the refund proccess, its very easy and straightforward.

At first I waas very frustrated with Zendrop because It was not letting me fufill my fist order but I contacted the support team. The support team was very kind and helped me out a lot! Thank you!

I would not recommend Zendrop, even if you're on the Plus Plan. Their "Top Trending," "New Arrivals," and "Best Sellers" categories, along with the extras, are simply not worth it. I ordered a sample from Zendrop Fulfillment, and they sent the wrong type. It's baffling that they messed up a sample order. Now, I have to wait another 15 business days for a replacement. How can I trust them with my regular orders if they can't handle a simple sample correctly? Additionally, Zendrop lacks the necessary declarations of conformity and certificates for products that require them. This omission means you can't use their products on TikTok, eliminating a significant market opportunity. Overall, Zendrop has been a huge waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services.

In watching the videos during set up, some of the options shown aren't available or lack functionality to properly operate the store and over two weeks later I still can't open my store. No live customer service only email which is a HUGE time delay is resolving issues. If there is live support, I wouldn't know where to find it so if it's there, they aren't' making it easy to use
