I have used Zendrop for about 2 weeks and have experienced nothing but the best customer service. I am just getting started with Shopify and Zendrop and do my best to find answers on my own. But it's nice to know that help is near when I get stuck. Thank you!

Zendrop is a top supplier in products. The Customer Service is very good. If you have some any questions about Zendrop, the Customer Service helps you very well to get all your answers. I use to have questions about shipping to country's en the shippingscost. Ian from the Customer Service haves gave me clearly answers about my questions! Thank you for your help sir. Do not retroactively unsubscribe from the website and the shopify app. You will get billed even if you take the trial period to test the service. What a garbage app

It is my first time getting in to Dropshipping, and am fortunate enough to have Zendrop on myside. Their customer service is spot on and a rereally friendly. Also the products? have ya'll seen their products? It's top notch with hundereds of winning products. If you aint with Zendrop than, you are missing out. Few of the representatives will ACTUALLY help you. Sometimes they the representative will end their shift or go on a lunch so it sucks having to get transferred to another representative and then having to explain your problem all over again. All of them answer pretty quickly though. I do love how they give you videos to refer to because sometimes it is difficult to visualize over text. One thing i didn't like is that one representative getting in the business of another conversation i was having with another representative. Overall, its a great app and has many awesome features but of course there is always things to improve. All love, thank you Zendrop.
