customer service is speedy and works well. the products and the website are pretty good and Im happy with what they have to offer. just started so I will see where it is going to take me... lets see.

Contacted Zendrop rep concerning the $1 prebuild store, because I received an email allegedly from Shopify saying that my theme I got from Zendrop's $1 offer is unlicensed. This information turned out to be a fraudulent email. Zendrop's themes have no issues on Shopify.

It's been a good experience with Zendrop since I've joined. There are tonnes of resources and training to help you on your journey. The Customer Service has been excellent as well. I highly recommend Zendrop!

I've been doing dropshipping for over a year now and the best sourcing in terms of speed, quality, price and custommer support is Zendrop and it's not even close. You get all you need to start your eshop complete for free and once you have some revenue in you can then upgrade and get customization and make it a real brand! And if you happen to have any trouble and see Jeffrey taking over your case you can be sure that your case will be solved, he's the best

I had an issue with my account but Theresa from customer service was amazing. I somehow initiated both a yearly and monthly subscription but she was able to correct my account in very short order. The chat bot and live chat is very easy and efficient. No time wasted which I really appreciated.

Adoro quest'app. Oltre ad offrire prodotti, si possono anche importare da aliexpress e loro si occupano della spedizione che è molto veloce. Inoltre c'è il piano gratuito che aiuta molto le piccole imprese che sono alle prime armi, quindi non bisogna spendere un abbonamento mensile. Inoltre la cosa che amo di quest'app è il servizio clienti. Sono sempre disponibili a risolvere ogni problema e rispondono velocemente. Mi è capitato di avere qualche problema perchè all'inizio dovevo un po capire il meccanismo, però loro sono sempre stati veloci e bravi a risolvere i miei problemi. Oltre ad essere bravi sono anche molto gentili e pronti a darti una mano. Zendrop offre anche piani a pagamento con i prodotti di tendenza, il che aiuta molto per chi fa dropshipping. Ma per chi è alle prime armi e non ha un budget da spendere (come me) va bene anche senza abbonamento. Trovi un sacco di prodotti. Infine, amo la loro velocità di consegna. La spedizione è uno dei punti più importanti per chi ha un negozio online e una spedizione veloce rende i clienti felici e di sicuro ritorneranno a comprare ancora sul tuo sito. Se si potesse dare 100 stelle lo farei.
