I'm loving Zendrop. I did alot of research before choosing a dropshipping platform and over and over i heard that Zendrop was the best or atleast in the top 2 and I find that to be true. They have very good products, its easy to import them to you're store and fulfill the products, great customer service and they have a coaching system and an academy that literally teaches you everything you could ever need to know, not just about Zendrop but about drop shipping in general and if that's not enough, there is a community chat that is very active with people helping eachother. Did I say fantastic customer service? With all of that, I felt compelled to give a review and 5 star rating.

I had issues with my first order and sent in a request to resolve it. Nyka responded in time. As soon as I clarified the issue, she was on it and had it solved in 5 minutes.

As of right now, I have only had good experiences with this app. It has been effortless to add products to my store and most of the questions I have had were answered by their AI chat bot. I haven't had to reach out to actual customer service yet to get a question answered, allowing me to save a tremendous amount of time. I'll update this review if my opinion changes or if I run into issues that don't sit right with me. But right now, it has been an excellent app to use.

I was struggling with suppliers before I found zendrop. The search for the specific products I'm looking for could use some improvement, but regardless I found exactly what I'm looking for eventually! The publishing process is quick and smooth.

Zendrop’s support has been great so far. If the initial AI bot response isn’t able to help, the human support team steps in, they’re genuinely attentive, push to get a real solution, and keep you updated through the whole process.
