I had an issue with my account no where in the training did I see you have to use the same login as the shopify. They figured out how to fix it and was really fast and efficient helping resolve the issue.

The customer care service got back to me real quick. Marianne assisted me with my issues and answered some of my follow up queries as well. She was friendly and on the ball.

I'm having a small issue with a product ordered and within a minute of reaching out through chat I got to talk to a live person. Jobelle is nice and professional and easy to communicate with. I love the customer service and ease of being able to get a hold of someone who wants to solve the problem. Very happy with Zendrop so far!

I haven't been with this company a few weeks now and the support is unbelievable whenever I turn and I have an issue I simply email and within 10 minutes someone is responding back to me and with me until the problem is solved I appreciate the feedback and the attention

The fulfillment automation of Zendrop is amazing. The support is also top notch as they respond and fix the problem right away. Would recommend for anyone starting or into drop shopping

Zendrop has has helped me a lot. Trying to get my Shopify store setup and making sure my orders are sent out correctly was a big help for me. The customer service team is great. Communication is the key and if I have any questions or concerns, Zendrop has done a great job so far with helping me.
