Had an issue and need to chat with customer support. After requesting to talk to a human I was chatting with one to solve my issue within 2 minutes. Joshua was very helpful.

I was using another software that we've all heard of before...won't mention the name. I was frustrated by how complicated it was and I was being up-charged for so many additional features it was becoming expensive. I was hearing about Zendrop a lot on YouTube and decided to make the switch. BEST DECISION EVER. Im serious, if you are using anything else besides Zendrop you are missing out!. Zendrop is the EASIEST, MOST AFFORDABLE, AND SIMPLY THE BEST.

The service team was very professional and quick to respond, they helped me with a customer complaint and made sure that my customer is satisfied and they issued a full refund for customer satisfaction. This a great partnership between an online business and zendrop :)

There is a good variety of products on Zendrop and i find the website very easy to use ! Also their Customer support is quick and great ! Mariane and Jo helped me with a problem on my first order ever , and they helped me out very well ! I got on zendrop cause of the good reviews and they did not lie ! Zendrop is GREAT !
