zendrop employees are in 1 word Amazing! customer service is always there for you and are very friendly. come up with quick and right options. they really make you feel like you are not alone. definitely recommended!!! thanks to: ian, enzo and Juan! you guys are the best

The customer support was quick to reply, patient and friendly. There also a bunch of useful features like Zendrop AI, and the Zendrop academy. Zendrop Plus definitely gives the most value since you get 200-300 dollars in credit which covers the fees for the Plus plan for at least 2 months, motivating you to work even harder so you can use this 'free money' and eventually make a profit for yourself along the way I'd like to thank Mariane from the support team in particular for helping me resolve an issue I had. She really knew what she was talking about and solved my problem for me very quickly

We contacted the support chat Sunday Evening for some help in connecting Zendrop to our store. We received an email saying we weren't connected but we were connected yesterday so something had gone wrong. The help that we received was top notch professional! Our contact was very quick to help us get it all straightened out! Thank you very much!!

Loving this app. Their support is especially helpful if you have a technical problem with a listing. I had trouble sourcing an item I had already listed due to a technical difficulty, and they helped me come up with a creative solution while they worked on the bug. I look forward to doing good business.
