I love the customer support that I received when I inconterred problems and when I requested to deactivate a duplicate account. Nyka was excellent and I appreciate the live chat which make it easy to resolve problems expediantly.

Not only did he patiently assist with tracking and order delays, but he also helped me navigate technical issues with my Zendrop account and email changes.
