So I just started using Zendrop. I find it very easy and integrates without a hassle. Also the support is SPOT ON! I had different types of questions regarding varying topics. I was always assisted within a short timespan and if I contacted support in the evening, the chatbot was actually able to give me very detailed information. When the Chatbot could not handle it, it would reply to me that it would forward my case to the ''live-team'' the next day. And so it happened. I had very detailed questions about certifications of products and the live-team took less than 1 day after the request, to give me all the documentation on the product. Absolutely standout support right there!

The Zendrop Trust and Integrity Team were really helpful when I had a issue. It was resolved satisfactorily. I greatly appreciated the support I was given and decided to continue with Zendrop and my Shopify store.

I recently encountered an issue with a product listing that confused one of my customers. Amazing customer service and app! I have been using Zendrop for the past year, my queries are always answered by their team on their online chat, products are of very high quality and seamless integration with Shopify. I'm able to fulfil items automatically for my customers as well as for TikTok Shop. I was using another dropshipping app previously but have fully transitioned over to using just Zendrop now because of the high standard you get with them. Would highly recommend.
