Easy to use! Adroll is a great tool that is easy to integrate with Shopify. We’ve seen an increase in conversions since starting to use Adroll.

I cannot recommend AdRoll enough for www.RusticFurnitureOutlet.ca. This platform has been great in helping me to achieve my marketing goals. AdRoll provides a suite of powerful tools that enable me to create and run effective campaigns across multiple channels, including display, social media, and email. One of the things that I love about AdRoll is its ease of use. Even if you're new to digital advertising, the platform is intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to create and launch campaigns quickly. Additionally, AdRoll offers robust targeting capabilities, allowing me to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time. But what really sets AdRoll apart, in my opinion, is its exceptional customer support. Whenever I've had a question or issue, AdRoll's support team has been there to help me every step of the way. They are knowledgeable, and responsive, and truly go above and beyond to ensure their clients are successful.

excellent customer service and always available! special thanks to Tatiana, were were chatting for over 3 hours even past her work hours and she answered all my questions plus more! she was super patient and knowledgeable about the product and gave great recommendations on how to use the app features. it's such a comfort, since the platform itself can feel complicated and daunting for a first timer. i am still in the process of making my campaigns and ads now, and can't say anything about the effectiveness of the app. But I will update my review once I get my ads running

We have been using the Adroll APP and platform for the last 12 months and the results have been outstanding. In addition the reporting and (consistant) new features are brilliant. Additionally the support crew are super responsive and very helpful.

The app had a lot of glitches with displaying accurate data (it was severely off) and the subscription. I tried getting assistance via phone call but they didn't show up for the call. I sent several emails regarding the call and further assistance but didn't receive one response. They also charged me even though I wasn't set up to the point to run ads so I'll be contacting my bank. It seems that if you experience issues integrating their app, then you are not the customer they choose. I would go elsewhere for a company who values every customer, and brands of all sizes.

"I recently used AdRoll for my marketing efforts and was extremely disappointed with their customer service. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, my questions and concerns were never adequately addressed. The representatives I chatted with seemed uninterested and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience. The lack of proper customer support completely undermines the potential benefits that AdRoll could provide. I would not recommend using their services due to their unacceptable customer service."

Too expensive. Although, I have indicated CPC as 0.10, I have spent 29.38$ for 26 clicks. Which is to be honest inadequate. I am disappointed. Support has informed me that this is normal, and it takes time for system to adjust to 0.10 CPC - if that is the case this should have been communicated prior running the ad.

I have personally reviewed the performance of the campaign and I do understand you have set a CPC goal of $0.10. However, the campaign could achieve $1.14 CPC in its run-time. As much as we wish the campaign attains the set Bid Strategy goal, we need to take into consideration that the Bid Strategy acts as a goal for the campaign to achieve and thus it requires some time for the algorithm to understand the browsing behavior of your website visitors and the campaign goals. Having said this, as you want the campaign to reach its goals at the earliest I am here to assist you with it. Please do not use this app and find better ones. They charged my card after i cancelled my services with them and ive reached out to them multiple times and hadnt recieved a response. only scam companies stop responding ironically after they steal money from you.

Still in the middle of our free 30-day trial, but so far I've had a great experience getting established with AdRoll and the customer support I got from Rohini was exceptional! They were very helpful and patient with me and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to utilizing their services!

I was unable to get adequate ad designs from the design team. After a period of weeks we decided not to continue with AdRoll. They made it a nightmare to get our data removed from their system. Think very carefully before allowing AdRoll to integrate with your store.

I haven't run any ads yet (but a previous marketing company we worked with had) but the support to walk me through the app and best practices was great. They provided links, and recording tutorials on how to set up specific things on our account.
