The customer service is non existent. Emailed with an urgent query and have been waiting for days. FYI I am on the paid plan with this app. No response at all and have followed up multiple times now. Very disappointed.

The customer service team is wonderful and incredibly responsive. I had some questions about the app's capabilities when it comes to larger volumes of orders, and they addressed all my concerns comprehensively. I now use AfterShip Tracking with confidence knowing that I can count on their proactive support.

I received great assistance so far, my main issue is getting the order mapping to work and receive information from products. Overall I’m not sure if that is an issue with the app so I give it 4 stars but weighted on my only having used it about a week or a bit more. My review may become better or worse after more experience depending how it goes.

The Automatic tracking updates feature of AfterShip Tracking app is a great tool in keeping customers informed about their order status. Plus, the customer service team is fantastic.

Aftership customer service was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. There are many tracking software's however customer service can be a big difference and Aftership provided that.
