I received great assistance so far, my main issue is getting the order mapping to work and receive information from products. Overall I’m not sure if that is an issue with the app so I give it 4 stars but weighted on my only having used it about a week or a bit more. My review may become better or worse after more experience depending how it goes.

The Automatic tracking updates feature of AfterShip Tracking app is a great tool in keeping customers informed about their order status. Plus, the customer service team is fantastic.

Aftership customer service was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. There are many tracking software's however customer service can be a big difference and Aftership provided that.

Excellent app for getting a unified dashboard of all shipments. This is a game changer for keeping an eye on orders. Support is outstanding. I had a couple of minor timezone issues with how times were displayed and they had a developer fix them in less than 24 hours.
