So far so good, I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's going to keep me and my customers updated on shipping status. Anurag helped me out. He spent 1-2 hours explaining to me everything. He should get a nice raise!

Afterhsip instantly solved my order tracking issues! The app offers a very easy setup. And customer-care people are also very prompt and helpful.

Customer support is quick and super helpful. The interface is very easy to use and allows you to brand it yourself which is something I really like.

My representative was great - answered my questions and handled everything in a timely manner. That's great customer service for the app and for my business. My answered very fast as well, which is what you need when dealing with online store. That made me feel like in future I can trust timely help if it arises. (hopefully not though) The app itself was easier to set-up than I thought. - so no complaints. It works great with my theme. Thanks for the great support! This is just what I needed for my store,

The app integrates great with Shopify. When an order is fulfilled it automatically populates the shipment into Aftership and sends updates on tracking to the customer. The support team is great and accommodating to feedback. A great app!

Customer support was fast and polite! I only wish that we could hide the courier information! But that is not their fault :)

Very nice app but still a lot of implements to give five stars. Global customization is moderate and this may affect the professionalism of my french website. I can't edit and/or translate some texts. On the tracking page, it should be nice to add an instagram icon next to the account id so the customers idendify it better and easier. Also, the tracking button on the confirmation order page is only in english while my website is french and the AfterShip app is french too, that's very annoying, i had to disable the button. Support ok. Nice app but i'm waiting to see for some improvements..

This app, its user friendly. Straight forward and it helps me with my store. My friends whos got online store also use it and recommend it. KUDOS aftership!

The help desk is easily reachable. He responds quickly and efficiently. All is well for a free basic plan.
