Ankit was fantastic today. He was very helpful and we are happy to be using AfterShip.
Update: CS reached out and was able to offer a true credit for the issues we had. I appreciated the proactive gesture and Ankush was very polite on our call. I'd just say for any future users: avoid the CS chat if you can. Get someone to talk to you and everything goes much smoother. Customer service is awful. Our app hadn't been working for over a month because of an import issue on their end. When they figured out the solution, it spammed all of our customers with old and outdated tracking emails. They said those emails were "an expected outcome"—they could have at least warned us that was the expected outcome so we could turn off our automated emails. When asking for some kind of credit to make up for the fact that their system didn't work for over a month (not to mention the CS headache), they told us we had to UPGRADE to redeem the discount offered for their error.

We have been using this APP for a long time and have a good experience.
This is a very robust, yet pretty easy to use app. I spent quite a bit of time finding the right resources for my customers to get detailed tracking of their shipments AND text updates. This app ties in perfectly with our Shopify store. The pricing is fair for some extra features which we need and there have been some bonus features we got included as well. I'm looking forward to continuing to grow my store with AfterShip.
The platform is very powerful and is competitively priced. Nitish, the customer service rep that helped me get setup was very informative and helpful.
There was an small issue with the quota allocation but it was sorted out swiftly by their technical team . I have try to use a different app before but it messed up my navigational menu . AfterShip seem to work OK with my theme , is not interffering at all . So far I'm happy !
Anmol was very helpful is allowing me to understand what my issues were and how to fix them. With Tik Tok's support being so poor, AfterShip customer service was a great alternative!
Brilliant easy to use interface for shoppers to track their orders! Very helpful and responsive customer service as well.
This app does nothing for you on the basic PAID plan. You're better off using a free tracking site. If you want ANYTHING extra (like a custom URL for your tracking so it doesn't show THEIR name in the URL) you have to pay $239.00 A MONTH!! Customer support sucks too, all they do is give you links to read articles when you have a question. I'm uninstalling this app and I JUST installed it.
