Even though Aftership could not resolve my problem because it's not related to their app, the support rep Ankit P said they would still ask and get me any information that could be helpful.

Ankit was amazing and he did more than I ask!!! I had a simple problem but he went in and did a 100% work over of our account to make sure everything was right and in working order! 11 out 10!!!

customer service was quick and resolved within minutes. i needed to remove the "powered by Aftership" and I am truly satisfied with the service provided. thanks alot yall.

I have loved using this app so far. I really like how you can create a branded tracking page which really helps customers trust in your store. There are also a ton of other features I look forward to digging into.

At first, I didn't know how to operate the system, but I asked customer service, and right at the bottom right corner of the page, I was received by Aseem, who was very responsible and detailed in answering my questions and helping me with other newbies on top of my questions. Now I have started using the accessible version of it and I will likely use the premium plan as my business grows.
