I just started using this app and I’m already impressed. I can tell this app is definitely going to be worth it. I’ve been on Shopify for a few years now and I’ve been searching for the perfect app to communicate with our shoppers in the most efficient way, regarding order queries. From the moment i landed on AfterShip the customer service has been nothing but A1 top notch! The app has quite a bit of features to it so thats a plus, and its very easy to use so this makes it a major plus for me! Also AfterShip really help to guide you in setting up if your not sure on what to do, so don’t worry about that part. In regards of using an app that will really add value to your online store, I highly recommend implementing AfterShip. A personal thanks to Ankit & Harsh for the warm welcome and help in setting up AfterShip to my online store.

I would definitely recommend this APP for everyone looking to have an updated, branded, and highly responsive order tracking page. Aseem was very responsive and friendly with my questions/requests.

This app is stealing our customers. You can never remove the "download aftership app" from emails that are sent to our customers. Fair? No! AI is just a bluff it actually has no AI predictor for ETA as they promise so not worth even paying.

Be Warned. Dealing with this company and its support is an absolute exercise in frustration. We're trying to cancel our account - which seems an impossibility. Simply go around and around with support over hrs. Pages throwing errors and no one seems to know. We are somehow connected to an Automizley app account also - which is even more difficult to extract yourself from & remove associated Javascript from our theme files. Total nightmare and no sense from support after 6 conacts

I use the app for automation updates to my customer. I had to verify my email address and I contacted customer service. Quick reply clear and easy information to follow. great work and problem solved immediately

Customer service quickly answered my questions and helped me. I've used it before and when I came back to Shopify I thought it wouldn't be possible without aftership. A handy tracking app.
