Great app. Customers can track multi shipments without issues. Integration also works well when creating a fulfilment for part of an order within Shopify. High recommended for any Shopify Merchant.

Overall useful for customers to track shipments. I had an issue with a carrier tracking link but Ankit was very helpful in helping me push for the issue to be resolved asap.

It's time to find an alternative. It's one of those apps that require just TOO much attention from me as a store owner. There is always something, but usually it's billing or admin related. Horrible support and as a bonus their fees are getting ridiculous and the latest revelation that team members can only access the app when an additional "seat" is purchased which adds up to $120 for 3 stores in our case, is just not acceptable.

Have run into a few hiccups here and there with some email notifications, but the support team has always helped me out. But customers receiving real-time notifications about shipping delays, pickups being ready, and exceptions is insanely helpful. Will continue to use from now on.

I just had an issue with my store and thought it might have been caused by the AfterShip app. Long story short...it wasn't, but my experience with Harsh from chat support was very good. We went through the issue and possible causes. We were able to rule out AfterShip and realized it was from another app. This was the 1st time I used the AfterShip chat support and was very happy with their diligence and professionalism in helping me. I wish I could say that about the other 20 apps I've used. AfterShip delivered:)

This app is stealing our customers. You can never remove the "download aftership app" from emails that are sent to our customers. Fair? No! AI is just a bluff it actually has no AI predictor for ETA as they promise so not worth even paying.
