Must have for any Shopify store. Tracking packages at large like an operations hub. I've been using this for almost 10 years.

If you don't download this app, then your stupid. Your customers use AfterShip on their phones anyway, so it is an obscure choice to download AfterShip to your store too.

This app is required to use their aftership returns appropriately, which is not disclosed. The free trial of this app will propagate with all your old orders so you can not test with new orders. All of their apps require you to add at least one more of their other apps adding lots of additional cost to the system and setup/maintenance time. Their customer service line consistently put me with different agents in the same chat so I had to constantly repeat myself and then reapprove them to look into the problem. Then they said they were not able to solve basic issues. Bad experience all around. Wasted lots of time and money on their app system. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for a solution. UPDATE: We reinstalled this app because we wanted to better serve our return customers, but the customer service is terrible and all they want to do us upsell you and charge you for orders that were already delivered before you installed the app. Find an alternative if you can.

Still setting up but support has been extremely responsive. The carrier integrations and overall functionality look great.

This app is in early stages for us but was easy to configure, and on initial experience seems good. Good support too via chat so happy so far.

So far so good with Aftership. It's very easy to install and get setup and automates pretty much all of the after shipping communication, making sure the customer is always up to date on the status of their package. It also allows you to have an order tracking page with further lets the customer have piece of mind on the status of their order. Nothing bad to say here, I recommend it.

Pretty straightforward and easy to use - we use it so our customers can track their shipments and not have to waste their time or ours going back and forth with email. Support is quick and responsive. Been using it for a while now and so far so good!

60 percent of tracking numbers are not updated.... The system does not work well for dropshipping. Look for another solution.

Top notch support, and loving the app integrations. The dashboard is super helpful to see which orders are yet to be delivered, etc.

Simple to use app, free plan is reasonably generous, and the cost scale from there is great. Customer service (in particular Rahul) is great. Recommend!
