Absolutely HORRIBLE customer support. Sent 5 emails but never got any reply. Got charged three times without even using the app.

App doesn't work, seems to be linked to someone else's business and Aftership saying this isn't the case even after providing screenshots stating this. Seems the apps on Shopify need some better vetting process as too many frauds getting around

This was my first time using Aftership, I had an issue as the status of the order was only Pending. The customer support I received from Rajat was great. He explained everything very clearly and guided me how to set up everything in my account correctly. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

I would highly recommend using aftershipping. There customer service is top notch. Nitish was very helpful. Ask for him when chatting.

I like the status shipping details of each order, especially when shipping deadlines are involved, I can click on an order and get the necessary details on where a package is at.

Aftership tracking is a great app and definitely provides with awesome support. Rajat was especially good about providing and following up with us and solving our issue on the go. Highly recommend this app.
