This app is great and the staff is helpful, they answer all questions immidiatly. I recommend the app to deal with tracking information to customers and save chargebacks or emails from customers asking for where the order is? excellent

This software is a scam. The fee plan did not say that there would be an agent fee, but in the end, it was charged $5 per agent per month. fraud

The customer care is super helpful assisting me the initial setup. Very professional and clear about the whole system. I am confident enough to upgrade my plan after it is running smoothly for my tracking. Hope my customers will be happy once I have enabled AfterShip ;)

When I first downloaded this app I had deleted the USPS carrier by a accident I reached out and a young man by the name of Javid replied and helped me with what I needed right away. So far so good I luv the app

Please note, Aftership branding can be removed only from the footer section of the branded tracking page. If you are using the tracking widget there is no way the branding can be removed from there.

Just installed it and I saw the difference with the previous app I was using for my website. Easier to follow-up deliveries with the one page shipment view! Haven't tried all the features yet, but there's plenty. Update: had to reach out to support teams several times, always helpful and patient, you guys rock!
