The customer care is super helpful assisting me the initial setup. Very professional and clear about the whole system. I am confident enough to upgrade my plan after it is running smoothly for my tracking. Hope my customers will be happy once I have enabled AfterShip ;)
They have helpful customer service and are always available. We use the free plan and it works great.

When I first downloaded this app I had deleted the USPS carrier by a accident I reached out and a young man by the name of Javid replied and helped me with what I needed right away. So far so good I luv the app
Please note, Aftership branding can be removed only from the footer section of the branded tracking page. If you are using the tracking widget there is no way the branding can be removed from there.

Excellent quick help. Couldn't figure out how to send an email notification for a cx i just added. Contacted support and they showed me it was already sent! A+++ Also showed me how to add my logo to the emails for a more professional branded look!
Very easy to install, and customer service helped me each time I had a question with a quick response. Makes tracking a lot easier.
The best tracking page i have used so far. It tracks worldwide shipment and has amazingly good tracking page. It has good support team to help me remove the brand name as well after you have used it for a period. recommended!
