Must have apps to make your sales easier. The support also very fast response. Now you don't have to answer customer questions about shipment anymore all has been automated with Aftership.

This app is terrible. They have some dev issues and customer support is horrible. The gymnastics they make you go through to delete the account is absurd.

No notification of additional charges outside of the package, charging expensive monthly fees. The feature should stop after the end of the package and should not continue to be calculated extra

This is really handy app to have with you. We have been using this for a while now and it's ticking all the boxes for us. On the bonus side is the active customer service team, really helpful. We haven't explored the full potential of this app yet, but already it's fulfilling our requirements. Thank you!
