This is really handy app to have with you. We have been using this for a while now and it's ticking all the boxes for us. On the bonus side is the active customer service team, really helpful. We haven't explored the full potential of this app yet, but already it's fulfilling our requirements. Thank you!

I have been using this great app for many many years now (since they had even fewer features). Now they have grown and become a very reliable and stable app that does everything you need in regards to tracking and keeping your customers up to date. Their integrations with 3rd party tools like Klaviyo makes the life even easier for our customers. The guys behind are doing a great job - and lately, the support has even improved - that's why after +5/6 years of using it I now finally feel they really worth +5 stars.

I just downloaded this app to see how it is and it started to send automatically emails & SMSs to my customers from my private email! My store is not even in English so the language is wrong and the emails did not look good at all. Be very careful downloading this app!!

Good app overall and a responsive support but same shipment is getting added multiple times as a few cases and thus, leading to loss of billing. Have been chasing the support for a month now but they seems to be passing the blame of other without checking from their end.

The auto matching rates with the available carriers are just at 50%. If you have high number of shipments, across multiple carriers, you will need to manually match them. A headache for me. Sometimes, it even triggers failure of delivery emails to customers when the foreign language is not properly translated by the system. It will only works well if your carriers are listed under Shopify.

a must have for any business makes shipping customer care so much easier and as good as this app is it would be nothing without the on point kind and knowledgeable customer service that comes with it..its cazy i dont even know if they are 24 hr but they are always there when i need that so they are 24hrs for me...keep up the good work guys

We use Aftership daily, great for tracking multiple orders from a single page. Customer service is quick to respond, even on the weekends.
