Having a personalized Shipment tracking page really provides authenticity and peace of mind for your clients as well as raise the bar on your stores credibility. Aftership is amazing at this and their support is Fast to respond and help you with anything problem you need related to their app. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
This app is so effective, with tracking orders and allowing your customers to have a software that keeps them updated.
Not Recommended for Australian Stores.Would be a great program if Shipping providers imported with the correct shipping Names. As this does not occur when changing the provider to the correct one within the Aftership system it creates duplicates. You MUST pay for ALL duplicates. There has been NO solution from Aftership.

so far so good, just installed the app today and customer service was great. i use to track orders from correios on my store. little expensive the pro plan which has translation to portuguese from Brazil($99)

Downloaded and paid for the plan the same day, easy to customize and they removed the aftership branding in seconds.
This app is the perfect choice for small and big business owners, they have great customer services, a professional platform, and great free features that are worth a lot of money on other websites.

The app is great, the one thing I find confusing is the Tracking, Returns, and Shipping plans. It would be easier to manage if they were linked together. But the more we use the app, the more we understand how to use it. In the returns section, when you have label generation turned on, it would be a helpful feature to allow an approval of a return, but not be forced to generate a label (example Green Returns). Past customer service chats were not the most helpful, but the most recent one I was able to video call and share screens, and that was very helpful as typing technical issues can be challenging. Overall I really like this app.
Animesh and Aditya in support answered all my questions excellently and resolved all the issues I have in a very timely manner. Highly impressed! Can't recommend the functionality, product and support enough!

i really like using after ship its easy to use and all the features are useful and user friendly. customer service is great if you need assistance
