With AfterShip, we can track our package easily and deploy a system of tracking on our website. Good part is prompt response from customer support.

The app is great, the one thing I find confusing is the Tracking, Returns, and Shipping plans. It would be easier to manage if they were linked together. But the more we use the app, the more we understand how to use it. In the returns section, when you have label generation turned on, it would be a helpful feature to allow an approval of a return, but not be forced to generate a label (example Green Returns). Past customer service chats were not the most helpful, but the most recent one I was able to video call and share screens, and that was very helpful as typing technical issues can be challenging. Overall I really like this app.

J'avais besoin d'obtenir les fichiers import que Aftership extrait de Shopify, étant donné que cela se fait automatiquement ils n'ont pas pu me le fournir. Le service client a tout fait pour m'aider au mieux.
