The app is great, the one thing I find confusing is the Tracking, Returns, and Shipping plans. It would be easier to manage if they were linked together. But the more we use the app, the more we understand how to use it. In the returns section, when you have label generation turned on, it would be a helpful feature to allow an approval of a return, but not be forced to generate a label (example Green Returns). Past customer service chats were not the most helpful, but the most recent one I was able to video call and share screens, and that was very helpful as typing technical issues can be challenging. Overall I really like this app.

Animesh and Aditya in support answered all my questions excellently and resolved all the issues I have in a very timely manner. Highly impressed! Can't recommend the functionality, product and support enough!

These guys are the best, always there to help, literally instant assistance. I couldn't be happier with the support I have received. Super easy system to use and install and probably one of the best customer service teams I have experienced across all of my Shopify apps. 1000 STARS!! Keep up the superior work.
