I changed over from using starshipit, to a combination of READY TO SHIP, and Aftership to hande my shipping integrations with Australia Post eParcel and the notifications to my customers once an order has been shipped. Once installing Aftership, over several hours I dealt with Amish from their customer support, who helped me completely integrated and highly customise Aftership within my shopify store. Every single issue I was faced with, Amish quickly sorted it out for me. I am very very happy with this APP, and it is cheaper than Starshipit! Thank you!
i use this app to manage out business tracking orders over multiple carriers in one place. Varun assisted me on live chat with resolving why i had open orders errors of not being imported and did a fantastic job communicating and resolving my query in a timely manner.
This app is so useful for my customers to keep track of their purchases, which is vital, because who wants to purchase an item and not be able to track it? My customers are always excited to see where their package is and when it will arrive. The bonus to this app is the customer service. They were quick to reply and help with a question I had AND walked me through everything I needed to do on my end. A great app and company! 10

The app does what it should and the customer service personnel is patient and prompt. I am trying to convert from free trial to a free plan, and the customer service personnel offers great assistance.
We just started using this app yesterday. The support is very helpful. They assisted us setting everything up. I would give 5 stars to the customer service. However, the app is not having too many the options for customization for the page design. This is something I would recommend the tech team to get improved on .

Amit was so helpful to offer screen share attention to our customer's pending parcels left marked 'Returned To Sender'. But we found system limits user from updating status to reflect replacements sent.

This app has been helpful to keep our returns easy for the customer and informative on our side (good selection of reasons etc) Pairs well with Shopify. Customer service is excellent which is important when you need it.
The worst customer service team ever experienced. Don't trust the 5-star reviews - to get an extended trial for Aftership you need to give them a review, so obviously, most of the reviews are inaccurate. We've had multiple bugs with our paying account ranging from false emails being sent to customers, unable to import from Shopify and even unable to login to our account. All the CS team does is say they will speak with the relevant team, and then never reply back. We're going to try another app that has more functionality and a seemingly better CS team called "Rush". Do yourself a massive favor and just go with another app from the start, Aftership will lose you money and a massive amount of time. *EDIT* See the other 1 star reviews, they say the EXACT same thing we are. When we first started out, we thought AfterShip was the only app on the market like this, but it isn't. Do some research and avoid this app at all costs. It's more difficult to migrate to another app now than it is to have just set up everything properly on another app.
Despite having some initial issues with this app as the wrong courier was automatically identified (e.g. DPD instead of DPD UK), after some excellent customer service from Riyaz at Aftership, the tracking is now working. This is a great service as it helps customers track their order at each stage of the process which will enable us to offer a great customer service. It's very easy to use. I would recommend this app - just make sure the correct couriers are used otherwise it won't track your orders.
Replaced my current delivery tracking and notification app with Aftership. Night and day difference in the program and the deliverables to the customers. Thank you, still exploring all the great features.
