Really happy with this app, quick and friendly support and an easy to navigate interface. It's let us create a uniquely branded courier updates page, plus lets us track which shipments are running late.

If you want a great app and customer service, then this is the app to get. I was running out of trial time due to office work, so I asked if I could have an extra couple of days, and the company gave me more than I had asked. Now that is going above and beyond customer service, it's called BEING NICE and I wish we all can do this. The app is running great!!

I use AfterShip so my customers can easily track their packages. It was easy to integrate, and customer service is very fast and effective. Shubham was very knowledgeable and fast.

I've been using this app for a few years and it's brilliant. Its the only app I've found that really does do the Customer Service stuff for you. No more 'wheres my order' emails!! I suspended my store for a while and removed the app. I've recently re-started the store and am bombarded with emails again! I just remembered why and have re-added the app and its now even better! I would highly reccomend this app to anyone shipping orders!

My initial experience with Aftership was fine. Despite it's inability to automatically link a tracking number to the corresponding carrier. What eventually got me fed up with their App, was extortionate paywalls behind common basic features; such as a custom tracking page. Which is now unavailable unless you pay over $110/Month. With the $11/Month Subscription, all tracking numbers are redirected to the generic aftership tracking page, with afterships own promotional texts everywhere. We have since moved onto better shopify apps, with smarter tracking algorithms and at fairer prices.

Good app especially if you looking for free plan they will let you extend, easy to set up and good customer service.

So these guys are at it again. This creature called Manish is a bad apple who should be removed. I have dealt with him before so I know when he plays around. He gives a standard template reply and doesn't get back for weeks together. Remember fellows, your brand image is at stake when your customers can't view their shipment status. Terrible service. I would give 0 stars any day. 1 star is too much for this kind of service.

I love the customer service, responded really quickly and were super helpful. I just moved my shop to Shopify and so far everything works quite smoothly

I love this app because it helps me to improve our service to the customers, but it is a little expensive.

Nice design, easy to use. Accurate tracking for the customers. Just sometimes it takes a bit long to load the page.
