The integration is not easy and not at all intuitive, the analytics and insights are limited and not as extensive as advertised, the adjustments on the tracking page are very limited, the support is very good though and was very helpful. Overall, expensive, features are much less exciting than expected, but we still hope it will help us improve customer experience.

The app is great so far. My customers can track their shipment with ease. The customer service is also great. One of their reps named Amit helped me with a situation with promptness.

We started using Aftership as a trial version to notify our customers in advance about the status of their shipments. Questions regarding parcel status dropped to 50% which reduced our workload and made customers happy.
