Seems to be tracking orders well. Sometimes, however, the courier services is incorrectly identified by Aftership in which case you have to manually change it. Kinda beats the point of an automated tracking dashboard but it's not very cumbersome to do on occasion. Customer support is responsive as well.

Love this app for checking shipments after they have shipped. Allows us to stay on top of the customer experience and ensure each person is taking care of! Customer service is fantastic too!

There is only 5 Stars to choose from if there were 10 it would have been selected. I run a drop ship site and up to recently i was using the mobile ap to track parcels for customers. No i use the shopify app store version and its integration is just mind blowing what they have done. It is going to save me tons of team to concentrate on other things relevant to my store. I love the fact that it show to download the app with customer order once order is confirmed they just click the link it installs and tracks their order. The sms and email notices the customer receive also i used to have to do that all manually. Always fast and quick for support issues Thanks for this app.

app is essential is accurate and up to date every store needs this. i also have it on my mobile so i scan parcels and receive updates on status.

The tracking app is a great addition to the store. Provides customers with timely tracking and also links the tracking numbers to couriers where sometimes our 3pl's links aren't complete. Thanks guys!

After installing and uninstalling multiple shipping tracking apps, we've decided to give Aftership a try. So far, they have the best customer service. Varun the support representative that assisted me today, answered all my questions clearly and quickly. He provided me with articles and links that would help get started right away. On top that he was very kind and patient. I don't know why people say their customer service was terrible. That is clearly not the case from my experience so far. Thank you very much Varun for all your help!

Meh. Nothing special. Also, after I un-installed the app they kept charging me for 2 months until I asked why and couldn't give me very good answer. be careful of these sneaky ppl!
