AfterShip Order Tracking

I have this app added into my account to assist me in all the packages tracking and everything goes great!

I haven't used the app yet but the customer service is super fast!! I hope to provide 5* later - when I have seen an order through.

So far so good! The app is easy to use and it has a super clean layout. Customer service quite helpful as well.

After installing and uninstalling multiple shipping tracking apps, we've decided to give Aftership a try. So far, they have the best customer service. Varun the support representative that assisted me today, answered all my questions clearly and quickly. He provided me with articles and links that would help get started right away. On top that he was very kind and patient. I don't know why people say their customer service was terrible. That is clearly not the case from my experience so far. Meh. Nothing special. Also, after I un-installed the app they kept charging me for 2 months until I asked why and couldn't give me very good answer. be careful of these sneaky ppl!

Anurag helped me very well. I was amazed how fast everything went. An issue I was fighting with for 2 days only lasted for 10 minutes for him. I liked that he did this by sharing my screen, so that I had everything in my hands. His instructions are clear and will help you move forward quickly. I am very satisfied with Aftership. The admin panel is very similar to that of Shopify so it is very easy to use. The customer service is available 24/7 and super fast with answers.

Legit. The app works as expected. Would prefer to have embed feature for less money. But other than that good.

Its a great app to track all orders in one place. The tracking page look and feel along with product recommendations is good.

So far so good, supports has been helpful thus far. Easy way to send SMS tracking info and provide a shipment tracking dashboard on our site.

It´s not the cheapest, but definetly the best app for order tracking! The support is great and the CX is perfect!
