Love this app helps me keep track of all my shipping in one place and now I have the notifications set up, I hardly get any shipping queries from my customers. Also great customer support as well very friendly and helpful.
This app solved some of the compliance issues we had with allowing customer self service, the only trouble we ran into was on attempting to setup and invitations of additional users. One of the invited users somehow created a separate instance. Customer support was extremely quick with response and we were able to resolve the issue immediately.

Perfect. I just downloaded it and I was able to track the shipments from shipping to delivery. Also, my customers were able to track their orders right from shipping time to delivery time. I woul;d recommend it for others who are in need of tracking shipments.

Good overall. There is however PTT Turkey that they can't seem to track although it's on their list. I've had a talk with customer service 3-4 times about this. They're generally attentive but in this case, all I get is a few exchanges and then complete silence. So, the reported bug never gets solved. On other occasions, customer service was good. Still, Aftership is the only option that we've found to properly track all carriers involved in international shipments.
Quick Prompt and accurate support. Fixed my issue quickly. I had enabled something that should not have been enable.

I have been with aftership more than 3 years and aftership shipping notifications to my customers helped to avoid issues and extra work for customer service. It lowered unsuccessful delivery rates.

Still haven't been able to use this yet. At first the customer service was fast, but they just keep responding slower and slower. At first it was taking 3 days to hear back, now it's been almost a week and still haven't heard anything back. I've had to write follow up emails just to get a response, but this time I'm still waiting.

Mal optimisée pour le dropshipping ! L'appli ne permet pas de masquer le transporteur Aliexpress Sandard Shipping s'il est activé. Problème, s'il est désactivé, le statut du colis n'évolue pas avant sa prise en charge par le transporteur local. Cela laisse potentiellement un gap de 10-15 jours avant que les infos de tracking ne commence à remonter. C'est source d'inquiétude pour le client. L'appli est également buggé avec des tracking qu'elle n'arrive pas à faire apparaitre sur la page de tracking ("commande introuvable")... source d'incompréhension pour le client. ET SVP soyez plus transparents sur les features qui disparaissent quand la période d'essai se termine !!! j'ai eu la très désagréable surprise de découvrir que des mails en anglais ont été envoyés à mes clients sans que je le sache ! La personnalisation initiale avait été effacée. Problème : dans le dit mail en question apparaissait Alixpress, j'ai donc perdu un client à cause de vous. Le support était à peine compréhensif. Conclusion: j'ai changé d'appli et je suis allé chez votre concurrent Parcel Panel qui a bien compris les besoins de ses clients en dropshipping. Je mets 2 étoile pour la page de tracking qui est belle

Didn't work. Support agent advised to wait for 3 hours, still did not work. It wasted my time. I don't recommend.

UPDATE 21/01/2021: I was overcharged a couple months ago. I've told them at least 3 times and they keep saying they've passed it to billing. It's now been 3 weeks without any meaningful response. Also contacted Shopify who are reluctant to refund me even though they agree I was overcharged. My advice? Stay away from this app until their management steps in and fixes this. OLD REVIEW: App is great and works mostly like it's supposed to. Told the team about a bug and they said it'll be fixed in 3 days, lets' see how that goes. Main reason I'm taking 1 star off is the chat support seem to pick and choose which issues to reply to. Sometimes I can see "read" but no response. If I ask them about it a few days later, they respond initially then disappear again. I suspect if the issue involves more time and effort they don't bother with it.

AfterShip worked great for years, and then all of a sudden, the notifications to our customers started to make no sense. The *|ITEM_NAMES|* tag has been broken since the beginning of August 2020. Customers were receiving notifications with tracking numbers that didn't match with the product mentioned in the notification. It caused a CX nightmare. We opened a support ticket in the beginning of August when this began happening. Support said that they would have it fixed by October. That sounded like a long time to wait, but we waited. Now in the 3rd week of October the issue is still not fixed, and today we receive an update to the support ticket which states "We will certainly fix it this quarter". We've had to turn off AfterShip notifications while waiting for support to fix the problem. 6+ weeks later, we still can't send out shipping notifications to our customers and support hasn't been able to fix the problem. UPDATE: 11/6/20 - still doesn't work. When will the *|ITEM_NAMES|* tag be fixed?

This used to be a good app, now they are doing what fornite did to apple, this app is actually using their own payment provider against Shopify. We don’t need to give our CC information to a third party, we would rather pay via Shopify, save and easy... uninstalled the app after 1 year of usuage.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Payments via the Shopify channel are supported on AfterShip along with it we also offer the payments via cards option using our gateway. It is totally a user preference, We never force payments on our gateway. As you have mentioned you want to pay via Shopify. I signed up to this app and after the free period the account reverted to the free offer. I have tried to upgrade to the $9 per month plan and within shopify have attempted to approve is monthly fee but then I am taken to the aftership page which says I already have an account and it asks me for my credit card details. For some reason I am unable to add this $9 per month fee into my shopify monthly account. I prefer to pay all of my app fees through shopify in one single payment. I have now contacted after ship 2 times in the last 3 days via the contact form inside the app and as yet have not received a single response. The app looks like exactly what I need for our online business and I only hope by writing this review it triggers somebody to assist. [email protected]

I'm not even sure what this plugin does beyond the basic capabilities for Shopify. $200 /month so customers can have a streamlined tracking page? no thanks

It's a disgrace that Aftership's SSL certificate for custom domains comes at a $10/month price tag in addition to the plan's monthly cost. Especially since Let's Encrypt offers free certificates.
