Used this for 3 years but now it's unbearable. Overpriced and tracking only really works a handful of times. The customer support only responds once a day so it a week+ to get anything fixed

AfterShip is definitely not an app you want on your store. It lacks functionality, sneakily overcharges you, and doesn't let you remove it.

Atrocious support. Doesn't support DPD UK, yet happy to charge me hundreds of dollars for trackings that didn't go beyond 'pending' status. Have emailed support five times over two weeks requesting a refund - NO RESPONSE. Will be taking the matter up with Shopify support to recover funds. Real shame as this app used to be so good.

Wow! The concept is amazing I really love it. But then when you need help you get a support team which is probably from India who doesn't help and just send you to the FAQ page. Needed help for the past 5 days and got nothing from them except some BS. DON'T INSTAL THIS APP!

The customer support is too lousy. The app itself works fine. but if there is a technical issue, do expect a looooooooooog time to be fixed. As for my case, it took more than 15 days and I am still not getting a useful answer from the customer service team. You only get a standard reply "We will fix this as earliest for you, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you."...........BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT for my 1 star review

they charge according to a plan that appears nowhere in the description or on their site? Update: Problem was solved in the end with an upgrade to a paid plan. SSL on custom domain tracking page costs 10$/month. I still don't like the filters options on orders tracking page . I did not try the alternatives apps but improvements could be made.

Hell no fuck this app, their plans state 2000 trackings per month for $99 and then charged me $603 haha wtf bullshit ass app. I contacted them about that and never responded but when i contacted them about other stuff they replied super fast lol FUCK THIS APP bunch of scammy ass fucking stupid ass people.

THIEFS! Beware they have plans called "FOREVER FREE 0$/Month". Lo and behold you get a charge on your credit card statement for $300 for excess shipments at $0.5/shipment. these guys are professional scammers.

Be aware!! They are charging extra for SMS notifications!! They hiding those fees! Don't turn SMS notifications unless you want to pay extra!
Hi, Please note SMS charges are determined by the local carrier at your end or the location to which parcel is and these charges may vary as per the location. These charges are not included within the plan charges. Also, you can find the sms pricing at our pricing page as well (https://www.aftership.com/pricing).

Really shocked by how terrible their customer service is. We know our business doesn't matter to them...but we're disappointed that their service makes that so painfully clear.

What I really hate is a premium priced app with horrible support. You know when they don't answer your question. I can't say anything about the app as for me it didn't work and I didn't get the answers I was looking for. So cannot use it and probably will stop trying.

Waste of time - stopped supporting my major courier, to quote their support "as of now". Wasted couple hours setting it all up. Installers beware - Royal Mail is not supported in this app "as of now"

The app is good, but the incorrect phone number for Fedex UK is embedded in the customers notifications, which means all our customers contact us complaining they cannot get through to Fedex to arrange a new delivery. Aftership claims they cannot change this until Fedex contacts them with an update. We have used Fedex UK for 11 years and the phone number used by Aftership has never been in use. The app is useless to us until the correct information is added.

I used this app, it's so bad. I can't import my ship imformation. It's always failed. And there is something wrong about the sync with shopify, not all order s are sync.Some orders are missing.And I can't connect the customer service.

Only works with USPS. The orders get sync with Deutsche Post, but the status remains "pending". Useless for any one outside of the US.

This app worked really well until about 1 month ago. For no reason it decided to not track parcels and not email customers with tracking numbers. When we needed support... all we got was a false hope promise that they were look into the problem. We have waited over a month and have decided to move on to a more reliable app. UPDATE I have changed my original score from 2 stars to 4 stars. The support people really made the difference with this issue. They were in constant contact with us and even had a personal call to help us work through the issue. While the fault was not their doing (Australia Post made some changes but didn't notify anyone), it did take too long, too many emails and a poor review before it became a priority to fix the issue. We are back on track thanks to the Aftership support team.
