I installed the free version of this app and it is syncing perfectly with my store. So far, support has been great and prompt with responses, and the interface and reports look so easy to use. It's great because we have multiple sales channels, and the app integrates Ebay and Klaviyo as well. The API also lets us integrate direct with our inventory software as well, so we can have a standard post ship service across all our sales channels!

So, I always use a new app for a month before reviewing. Same with this AfterShip app. Site: https://www.SwamiSportsWear.com Verdict: Perfect! Have no issues with this one. Works as described and is incredibly easy to maintain once installed. The installation was a tiny bit tricky, but didn't hold me back too long. Have not needed their support, yet, which is good news, isn't it! I am installing this app on two other sites TODAY. Thank you.

Great app for keeping track of all our shipments. We ship throughout Europe, and often to tourists who are staying in hotels and apartment rentals for a short period of time. Hence, detail tracking of our shipments and the identification of problems as soon as they occur is critical to the success of our business. AfterShip has helped us get better control of our logistics.
Best app to communicate with customers. Improvements that could be done: 1. Sent email in ALL parcel status change 2. Translate to other languages
A perfect 5/7 for billing incompetence. TL:DR - For the love of god. don't. give. them. your. credit. card. details. Where do I begin? 1. Hearing good things, I Install the app to poke around, see what's what. 2. Chose the "free" plan. Cool, cool cool cool. 3. Wake up a few weeks later, charged $12954 USD on the old VISA card. 4. Emailed Aftership; "Hey, so, you know that *free* plan I signed up for?" 5. Aftership explained that their "Forever Free Plan" was actually a *new* plan, and I had unwittingly managed to rack up over ten thousand dollars worth of charges without so much as a notification, or automatic plan upgrade (like every single other app in the universe would do). 6. After some back and forth via email, Aftership VERY kindly refunded me $11,955 USD, costing me $999 USD for my mistake - fair enough. Maybe I misinterpreted the meaning of the "free" plan. Fair shake of the ol' sauce bottle. 7. Fast forward to the beginning of the next month (today), I receive a credit card charge for $4355 USD, PLUS another $599 USD. I proceed to laugh, assume this is a sick joke - surely, SURELY Aftership, after charging me over ten thousand dollars, then refunding me over ten thousand dollars, would have fixed the billing mistake. 8. I check my selected plan - it's the $599 option. .... .... Bueller?
I absolutely love Aftership. My customers always comment on how great we are at communication and I think a big part of that is because of the notifications they get with Aftership.
We were using Aftership mobile App to track shipments before we started using AfterShip Shopify App. Its really handy as it sync with Order Tracking numbers and show shipment status. I will definitely recommend his app to fellow store owners, because of its usefulness and taking tracking burden away from you. Really simple to use.
Very easy to use so far. Look forward to more use!
Interesting app and certainly saves time when you can view the status of all your orders at one screen.
