Good app but the translation in French is really weird... Two good things would be really helpful : - Ability to edit the translation ... - Being able to customize easily email template ...

In general a great tool but it has is weaknesses. The greatest weaknesses in my opinion and options which are missing: - possibility to send beautiful branded email notifications....just plain text possible at the moment. - multi language support for email and text notifications based on destination country or shopify tag - personalized sender name for text messages like shopify offers - option to define the time when AfterShip updates tracking information. All clients are in different time zones. It would be great to update tracking on personalized requests. I.e 7 am in the morning and 7pm at night...it would be more precise and useful for my clients. Sometimes they get out of delivery notifications at 2pm which is really late. Just my thoughts to make it the best tool in world.

Unfortunately, after over 2 years of using this app, I have to change my review. I really loved this app but in 2020 it was getting worse and worse... First, tracking statuses from French Post were not updated so my integration with other app (Judge.me review app) didin't work and my customers didn't receive any demand about reviews and, of course, were not notificated about their shipments. Than, after I let them know about this issue, they changed something in their API I think and few days ago I realized that since 120 days at least (because I can't see any further history) they add my tracking numbers by French Post twice! Once it's added by Shopify integration and the second one is by their API. So I was overbilled for months! You better check your bills if they don't double your tracking numbers. And as a solution they told me to remove the Shopify integration so the tracking number would be added only once... What?! And what about other features for my store which this app should give me? And what about all my money which I already overpaid for all these months? They really don't even feel guilty for all of this and me, I feel robbed. So, after two years I have to uninstall this app because I don't trust these people anymore. Too bad. I'm switching to another app.

Had lots of issues as the App simply wouldn't work. Couldn't connect our shop, the App refused to load our orders, and couldn't update the custom tracking page to make it look like we wanted. We asked their support department to see if they could fix it but after at least 6 or 7 emails requesting help we gave up. Incredibly slow support despite automated reply emails re-assuring you they are looking at the problem. Even tried to contact their sales department but got no answer from them either. Wouldn't recommend at all.

100 orders tracking is just not enough. You might say we can't ask for more from a free plan but $10 for 101 orders is way too much in India. Moreover, not all couriers are covered so many a times the wrong courier gets linked creating problems. Needs major work on the mobile app, can't do much with apart from getting notified.

Great app! When couldn’t locate a package for our customer, AfterShip was our hero, allowing us to get an update in mere moments. I only wish they offered the option to send that update to customer without having to have a paid plan. Once we get more sales we will definitely be updating. This is a must have tool for all Shopify merchants.

Doesn't work. Klunky UI. Pesters you for reviews befre you have even used it and then keeps asking all the time. I can only assume that these thousands of 5 star reviews are from muppets that have not actually used the app and just reviewed after installing?

I don't understand why Aftership won't sync tracking outside of the 3 days windows. If is it a pricing issue, they should have just charge accordingly.

They said it is free when using it as Shopify customer and customer will get email tracking notification, no SMS which requires PREMIUM services however when I fully configured the page the system took me to their website saying that it is unlimited tracking for FREE but NO EMAILS NOTIFICATIONS unless I spend $109 per month for 2000 consigments.

Everything I have seen from AfterShip so far is great. My customers receive an email based on what I set up, and I no longer have questions about orders. We ship out the order, and AfterShip does the rest.

The best! Really easy to set up, and the pay structure is really fair. My shop, Babe Basics, is a dropship store, and it would be such a nightmare to go through tons of orders to find tracking information and then go through china post to find out where my customer's order is. Now, I can type in an order number and see exactly what's going on. Plus each time the tracking status changes, my customer can be automatically updated.

Your customers can have a great checkout experience, but if they don't have visibility on their shipment, they turn into 1-star review-spewing monsters. Aftership solves the problem. No-brainer for every Shopify install.

Infinitely better than the built-in solution, the branded sub-domain creates customer confidence. One of the "must-haves".

We were looking for a solution that would allow us to bulk upload tracking numbers from our order platform. Aftership was just that solution. Our next step will be to update the website to our custom url, and so far we're pretty happy to be able to send tracking emails from our company email address using AfterShip's SMTP relays. Not to mention the delivery data Aftership provides to us internally is extremely useful. The panel lets you track all shipments according to the stages they are in, especially useful for missed deliveries. Great job Aftership team, and by the way the support was awesome too. 5 stars.
