I have been using aftership since I opened my store the beginning of April and the app has worked great thus far. I have had numerous questions regarding being a new business and making sure I have all apps needed to run the business from beginning to end. I have had 2 customers and the communication has been great so far during this process. I advise that if you get Aftership tracking be sure to get Aftership Returns too. Easy set up just in case you need it. Thank you aftership, this has been 1 less headache to deal with.

Installed the app today. Pratibha was very helpful in giving information on verifying email address via DNS settings. UI of the dashboard is good and has most of the information you need to get going in an easy to understand and editable format. It's noticeable that a lot of features are only available on the 'Premium' subscription or higher. As a new customer and business on the 'Essentials' subscription, only time will tell in what features are useful to me or not and whether I need to upgrade to the 'Premium' subscription.

I am still in my free 7-day trial, but it seems like this app has a lot to offer! I am excited to learn more about all the features. I had trouble verifying my email, but Animesh Kumar from the Help Support team was super helpful and was able to get me up and running.

Eine tolle App, man kann die Kunden sehr schnell automatisch von dem Status der Sendungen benachrichtigen . Leider keine automatische Erkennung von Parcelone und GLS Sendungsnummer, aber manuell kann man sie updaten. Schnelle Supportreaktion, das freut wirklich

I've been using AfterShip on this specific store for months now and I absolutely love it. It helps me make sure all my shipments are on track as well alerting my customers once their order has arrived. Overall the app is great and the support team as just as fantastic, especially with Debashish helping me out with every concern I've had. He's helpful, kind and very quick.
