Great app. The support service works quickly and efficiently. Help to resolve any issues that arise.

We started using Aftership as a trial version to notify our customers in advance about the status of their shipments. Questions regarding parcel status dropped to 50% which reduced our workload and made customers happy. Furthermore the customer service team of aftership did a great job to resolve an issue we had at the beginning. Also I want to stress out the availability and response time of the team. THEY WILL THEN IGNORE YOU FOR MONTHS ON END AND DENY ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE EXCESS CHARGES & THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH INVOICES & THEY WILL DELETE ANY HISTORY OF THE BILLING DATA IN YOUR ACCOUNT. This is by far the best Shipping Tracking app for you and your customers. Its so easy to use and connects with Shopify seamlessly! The best part is the branded tracking page, it looks so nice you can add your logo, links, products and instagram feed and more. Highly recommend! Thanks.

This is the perfect app to implement with your store with the Judge me reviews app. This way you can automate reviews and your customers can get up to date shipping notifications.

I had some issues and AfterShip's customer service is incredible! A gentlemen by the name of Pawan has able to immediately send me a Zoom meeting, troubleshoot/diagnose/remedy my issue. A powerful integration and a MUST for eCom DTC business owners. Thank you Pawan and AfterShip!!

Love this app helps me keep track of all my shipping in one place and now I have the notifications set up, I hardly get any shipping queries from my customers. Also great customer support as well very friendly and helpful.

This app solved some of the compliance issues we had with allowing customer self service, the only trouble we ran into was on attempting to setup and invitations of additional users. One of the invited users somehow created a separate instance. Customer support was extremely quick with response and we were able to resolve the issue immediately.

Perfect. I just downloaded it and I was able to track the shipments from shipping to delivery. Also, my customers were able to track their orders right from shipping time to delivery time. I woul;d recommend it for others who are in need of tracking shipments.

Good overall. There is however PTT Turkey that they can't seem to track although it's on their list. I've had a talk with customer service 3-4 times about this. They're generally attentive but in this case, all I get is a few exchanges and then complete silence. So, the reported bug never gets solved. On other occasions, customer service was good. Still, Aftership is the only option that we've found to properly track all carriers involved in international shipments.

I have been with aftership more than 3 years and aftership shipping notifications to my customers helped to avoid issues and extra work for customer service. It lowered unsuccessful delivery rates.

Still haven't been able to use this yet. At first the customer service was fast, but they just keep responding slower and slower. At first it was taking 3 days to hear back, now it's been almost a week and still haven't heard anything back. I've had to write follow up emails just to get a response, but this time I'm still waiting.
