A wonderful app that allows us to keep track of and manage all shipments from our store along each step of the way. A great tool for keeping customers updated on their shipment!

After trying other the tracking apps in the Shopify app store, (Tracktor/ Trackr) AfterShip is the best in terms of versatility and customization. Now I can easily see where all my packages are on a single screen and I especially love the auto e-mail notifications to customer. This app is a must have especially if you have a international presence. www.kurasu.me

Just installed the app! Have been finding something like this which supports Indian courier companies for a while. Finally i have found AfterShip which sends out sms's to our customers once we update the tracking number.! Thanks AfterShip. :)

Great app, good looking and easy to use. Installed on Shopify and connected to autoimport tracking numbers shows to do what it promises. It allows to add to the store an element which makes it more practical and professional, with benefits both the customer and the seller that does not waste more time on the phone... I read that it would be appreciated for the translation in additional languages , I think it would be useful to provide a template to fill out , I would do it today for the Italian.

This is a great app, in that it functions exactly as you would like it do. It does what it sets out to do. BUT, there is one major issue to note, especially if you're shipping via USPS from the West Coast of the US. The text notifications can not be delayed or scheduled during normal (non sleeping) hours. The practical result of this, is that USPS updates package status at 10:30 PM at night (common in city hubs like Los Angeles), and our customers get text messages at that time, and if they're East Coast, it's 3 hours later, at 1:30 AM. This has been a major frustration for our customers, and has caused us to stop using the text functionality of the service. We've contact their support, and there's nothing they are willing to do. I haven't had the issue with UPS or FexEx, only USPS. Fair warning your customers may get texts in the middle of the night.

Ths is the first review for any Shopify app I've ever left. Can't see how in the world we'd ever run our business without AfterShip. Great software, support and team!

Most apps cancel your subscription after you delete it from your Shopify site. These guys will happily keep charging until you find out for yourself. Reflects badly on the Shopify brand as well to let customers be shafted in this unscrupulous manner.

AfterShip has immediately cut down 75% of our customers emails to our support helpdesk! The price for premium features (notifications) is very affordable. It really works! Even tracks shipping couriers in Greece where we are based! The best addition we made to our shopify store. I don't even want to remember what we used to do to track orders before we installed AfterShip! 100% recommended.

Great to have all the carriers in a single place and super that we can put the most likely carriers first in our personal carrier list (to eliminate the risk, in the event that the tracking number is not unique to a single carrier, that the customer would have to choose which carrier we chose ;-)

This app is super easy to install and works smoothly. We love the time we save by having customers automatically notified about where their shipments are and when they are delivered. It dramatically cuts down on the amount of time spend fielding customer calls regarding when their order will arrive.
