UPDATE: Since the review was posted Shahvaz from the support team reached out and offered a solid remedy to the situation. -- TERRIBLE support, literally the worst customer support team I've ever experienced in my career. I've wrote a full page describing our billing issue (they overcharged us thousands of dollars to date) and requested escalation and real help. I've had 7 failed attempts to try to resolve this issue in a friendly manner. All I got is 5 diffeent agents that never read or looked into any of the case history and were literally each worst then the previous. Look elsewhere - other apps are cheaper and better and don't have deep business misconducts like these guys do.

Great app, super quick tech support when needed. Tracking app has cut down on customer emails based on shipping ETA's considerably!

Support team is so bad. Most of the time they will forget to reply on their live chat system. You will ask a question and they'll say 'Let me check' and then leave you on read for hours. The support team is not trained at all for technical issues or questions. Really bad value for money.

The level of support is terrible for what the plans cost. Most of the support staff either don't understand English correctly or will not to help to solve any problems, they will just say no or link to an existing support article. Do not see the value in this app.

Support was made easy and quick when it came to my request. I love the UI of the app because it is easy to navigate and the ability to have your own custom branded tracking page is a 10/10 for me!

This is a great app with amazing capabilities. The only thing is the pricing can start to get real high as your business grows. Also, the tracking page and email templates aren't as customizable as you'd think they would be. If you want more options when it comes to making the templates a part of your brand, you're going to have to buy the pro plan ($110/month) to integrate with Klaviyo. Overall, this is still an amazing app, especially for business owners that are trying to scale. A few orders from your store should easily cover the cost of their most expensive plan.
