Great customer service. Aseem was very helpful in resolving my problem.
It's very handy considering I can't track with Shopify due to my main product type. Along with getting a free trail.
Just started using the app to track shipments in between fulfillment and delivery. It's exactly what I needed to keep my customers up to date on shipments.

Great app to help customers track their order directly on my website. I like how everything is customizable and is very user friendly. The free plan has 50 shipments per month to be able to be tracked and that's perfect for me. I like how I don't have to pay for an extra thing because I have a few shipments a month and it's very affordable

Personally, I use aftership for all my business because they do for me what exactly I need and help me monitor and track deliver seamlessly
Still the leader in tracking experiences for customers. More expensive but it works. Some issues auto-detecting Hong Kong post tracking numbers for some reason though.
