Hey, I'm just starting an online store so I'm very new to this. And my lovely customer service rep Ciara help me write through what I needed to know. She was very polite and, Patient with me and just all-around awesome. And Ciara was very knowledgeable throughout my whole experience

The AO import product button did not appear on ALiExpress page so Jennie coached me to get it be present again. What great support! Issue resolved and am able to continue filling up my store. Great job Jennie.

Come da verifica interna, il problema della schermata della chat viene fuori all'apertura dell'app magari dalla risoluzione del display (che è superiore a 600 pixel). Puoi passare al browser Chrome per aprire l'app e regolare la risoluzione inferiore del display prima di aprire l'app per vedere se funziona? Spero che questo chiarisca le cose e vorrei assicurarti che abbiamo un agente dedicato che è sempre pronto a spiegarti e supportarti a fondo in questo caso. The app is great, with lots of products and very easy navigation in the app, it feels very polished and thought out, best app in the genre. i have subscribe to one year basic plan i have incidentally uninstall the application and after few weeks when i am tried to install they are again demand to approve basic plan for one year be careful it is fraud application Evidence Current billing cycle: Jul 20, 2023-Aug 19, 2023 Apps (2 items) $145.29 Ali Orders $139.30 Basic: 2023-07-27 - 2024-07-27

The reason the app asked you to re-authenticate the charge is that you had uninstalled the app, and then re-installed it. Please rest assured, the charge will not be doubled. In fact, the Shopify bill that you receive will only contain one subscription charge from Ali Orders. Hope this can clear out any misunderstanding.
