Jennie was very patience and professional with the regards of assisting me with an ongoing concern in which I had from earlier today; however, she was also able to ease my mind knowing that I was in the best hands - I am very honored to say that everyone on this team (i. e., Ross and Clara) have done an amazing job!!! This app didn’t ship my product to my customers and took my money

First, please accept my apology for any inconvenience or confusion caused by the app. Per reviewing your account, it seems there is some misunderstanding regarding the shipping. Please note that the AO app does not provide shipping to the orders. It is through the process of placing orders in the AO app that the orders are passed through to the suppliers on AliExpress, and the orders will be shipped by the suppliers. Als erstes möchte ich den tollen Support hervorheben: Ciara hat mir sehr gut weitergeholfen und noch zusätzliche Tipps gegeben, die mir den Einstand erleichtert haben! Vielen Dank dafür! Selten einen so netten und hilfsbereiten Support erlebt. Die App an sich ist auch übersichtlich und gut gestaltet. Ob es wirklich was für mich und meinen Shop ist, werde ich testen. Man kann aber an der App und am Support nichts aussetzen.

Très bonne application et support très réactif Permet une automatisation quasi totale du processus. A noter que pour les adresses européennes un petit travail manuel reste à prévoir

They are great support, whenever i run into problem or need help i know when i click the support button a real human will help me until my problem fixed and it just super nice. There is some parts that are not working for me like the extension but the super good support team makes up for it and have worked to help me a lot so i will give 5 stars because i feel they genuinely care a lot about their customers! recommend! especially Lily in support thank you for helping me so many times!

I am using Ali orders for the first time and ran into an issue when I received an order on my store. I contacted support and Ciara helped me resolve my issue! She's so wonderful, and helped me throughout the order-placing process and didn't sign off until my issue was resolved! Extremely grateful to her for her help!

How should I thank Leo? I don't even know because of his kindness, I had issues with my order for the past 3 to four days it isn't resolve i think I can do it on my own, Aliexpress give me day but Leo came in and the story change, may the Lord make your way prosperous. Her professionalism, along with her attentive and patient attitude, made the entire experience a breeze. She's exceptionally knowledgeable, explaining things clearly without any jargon.
